今日預(yù)公告，面向全球設(shè)計(jì)精英與設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)廣發(fā)英雄帖，征集兼具創(chuàng)意和可實(shí)施性的優(yōu)秀方案
坂雪崗科技城是引領(lǐng)珠三角創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)參與全球競(jìng)合的戰(zhàn)略要地、深圳市東進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略的先行示范區(qū)，也是重點(diǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)片區(qū)。根據(jù)深圳市打造“全國(guó)最干凈城市”和“世界著名花城”，以及創(chuàng)建“國(guó)家森林城市”的工作部署，為提升坂雪崗科技城核心區(qū)品質(zhì)，銜接《坂雪崗科技城整體城市及規(guī)劃實(shí)施方案》，并確保階段成果實(shí)施落地，因此計(jì)劃開(kāi)展本次坂雪崗科技城核心區(qū)城市品質(zhì)提升國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)大賽。
本次設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽旨在以全球化的視野，借鑒國(guó)際先進(jìn)地區(qū)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，集國(guó)際一流設(shè)計(jì)智慧于一體，并充分發(fā)揚(yáng)“根植本土，擁抱世界”的創(chuàng)新精神，將本次城市品質(zhì)提升方案與現(xiàn)狀迫切需要解決的問(wèn)題充分對(duì)接，確保方案成果的近期可實(shí)施性，力爭(zhēng)在較短的時(shí)間內(nèi)，大幅度提升本地區(qū)的城市品質(zhì)，進(jìn)而提升本地區(qū)的城市綜合服務(wù)能力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。同時(shí)通過(guò)空間品質(zhì)的提升，帶動(dòng)本地文化品質(zhì)提升，力爭(zhēng)達(dá)到“地域意境、文化體現(xiàn)”的境界與高度，逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)“產(chǎn)城融合綠色人文的智慧城市先鋒示范區(qū)”的片區(qū)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
本次競(jìng)賽包括“森林中的坂田”周邊郊野（特色）公園整體聯(lián)通概念設(shè)計(jì)方案國(guó)際競(jìng)賽、坂雪崗藝術(shù)中心及周邊地塊建筑概念設(shè)計(jì)方案國(guó)際競(jìng)賽、坂雪崗科技城城市街道與節(jié)點(diǎn)綠化景觀(guān)提升設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽、坂雪崗科技城城市VI及應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽共四個(gè)項(xiàng)目。
為讓有意向的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)提前準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)報(bào)名工作，近日起將陸續(xù)在龍崗區(qū)政府網(wǎng)站、深圳市規(guī)劃國(guó)土委網(wǎng)站、深圳市城市管理局網(wǎng)站，以及DOMUS、ABBS、gooood設(shè)計(jì)網(wǎng)、UED等設(shè)計(jì)類(lèi)網(wǎng)站及新媒體發(fā)布競(jìng)賽預(yù)公告，歡迎有意向參加本次競(jìng)賽的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)或團(tuán)體積極報(bào)名。
據(jù)說(shuō)本次競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)金設(shè)置也是非常豐厚，競(jìng)賽的獲獎(jiǎng)方案和機(jī)構(gòu)在得到豐厚的獎(jiǎng)金的同時(shí)，還可以在上述媒體平臺(tái)上進(jìn)一步宣傳自己的方案與團(tuán)隊(duì)。

本次競(jìng)賽由深圳市城管局和深圳市龍崗區(qū)人民政府聯(lián)合主辦，由深圳市龍崗區(qū)城管局和深圳市龍崗區(qū)坂田街道辦聯(lián)合承辦，深圳市規(guī)劃和國(guó)土資源委員會(huì)和深圳市交通運(yùn)輸委員會(huì)為競(jìng)賽指導(dǎo)單位，規(guī)土委龍崗管理局、文體旅游局、宣傳部、發(fā)改局、財(cái)政局、環(huán)保水務(wù)局、城市更新局、土地整備中心協(xié)辦。

Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone is the area of strategic importance in leading creative industry of the Pearl River Delta participating in international competition and cooperation, the demonstration area of Shenzhen Eastward Development Strategy, and the key development area of Shenzhen. This competition is held according to Shenzhen’s objective of creating the “Cleanest City of the Country” and “World Renowned Flower City”, and building “National Forest City” work arrangement, and in order to improve quality of the core area of Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone, connect to the overall urban planning execution plan of Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone, and ensure periodical results are enacted.

This design competition should has an worldly vision, learns from development experiences of developed areas of the globe, unites international top-rank design wisdom, and fully enhances “rooted in local, embrace the world” creative spirits. Should connect the urban quality improvement plan and current problems that need to be dealt with urgently, make sure the plan can be implemented in the near future, and strive to make a substantial improvement of urban quality of this area in a relatively short time period, and then improve overall urban service and competitiveness of the area. At the same time, through the improvement in spatial quality, drive local cultural quality to improve, strive to reach the realm and height of “express local essence through culture”, gradually reach the development goal of “city-industry integration, green and humane smart city pioneer demonstration area”.
本次競(jìng)賽包括“森林中的坂田”周邊郊野（特色）公園整體聯(lián)通概念設(shè)計(jì)方案國(guó)際競(jìng)賽、坂雪崗藝術(shù)中心及周邊地塊建筑概念設(shè)計(jì)方案國(guó)際競(jìng)賽、坂雪崗科技城城市街道與節(jié)點(diǎn)綠化景觀(guān)提升設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽、坂雪崗科技城城市VI及應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽共四個(gè)項(xiàng)目。
This competition includes four projects: “Bantian in the Forest” Surrounding Suburban (distinctive) Parks Holistic Conceptual Design Plan International Competition, Ban Xue Gang Art Center and Surrounding Block Architecture Conceptual Design Plan International Competition, Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone Improve Greenery and Landscape Design of Urban Streets and Nodes International Competition, and Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone Urban VI and Application Design International Competition.
為讓有意向的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)提前準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)報(bào)名工作，現(xiàn)將有關(guān)信息預(yù)告如下：
In order to let prospective design institutions to prepare for sign up work, we now announce relative information below:
競(jìng)賽規(guī)則：
Competition Rules:
本次競(jìng)賽工作分為兩個(gè)階段，第一階段為公開(kāi)報(bào)名及資格審查階段；第二階段為設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽階段。
This Competition has two stages, the first stage is open sign up and qualification examination； the second stage is design competition.
（一）第一階段：公開(kāi)報(bào)名及資格審查階段
A. The first stage: open sign up and qualification examination
1.組建資格審查委員會(huì)，成員由5名熟悉行業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)水平且具備建筑設(shè)計(jì)、景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)與藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)等專(zhuān)業(yè)背景的行業(yè)代表組成。資格審查委員會(huì)由評(píng)審主席主持評(píng)審工作，評(píng)審主席通過(guò)推薦產(chǎn)生，在評(píng)審中與其他成員有同等表決權(quán)；具體評(píng)審細(xì)則由資格預(yù)審委員會(huì)確定。
1. Build Qualification Examination Committee, members are constituted of 5 representatives who are familiar with the industry design level and have background in the industry of architecture, landscape architecture, and art design, etc. Qualification Examination Committee will have a committee chair to host examination work, the committee chair will be generated through recommendation, and have the same power in decision as other members； specific qualification rules will be decided by Qualification Examination Committee.
2.資格審查辦法。資格審查委員會(huì)使用記名投票的方法，審查參賽單位的資格、業(yè)績(jī)、擬投入項(xiàng)目的團(tuán)隊(duì)、工作方案，并按評(píng)審得分排名先后，確定可支付設(shè)計(jì)補(bǔ)償費(fèi)的前5名單位，同時(shí)再評(píng)選出2家備選參賽單位（須排序），如前5家參賽單位退出第二階段競(jìng)賽的，則備選參賽單位依序替補(bǔ)。其他通過(guò)資格審查的機(jī)構(gòu)，同樣有資格進(jìn)入第二階段的設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽階段。
2. Methods of qualification examination. Qualification Examination Committee will use disclosed ballot method to examine qualification, achievement, prospective project team, and project plan of participation teams, and according to the ranked scores, determine the top 5 teams that will get design compensation, and two alternate teams (also to be ranked), if the top 5 teams drop out of the second stage, then alternate teams can substitute according to their rank. Other teams that pass qualification examination also gain qualification to enter the second stage of design competition.
（二）第二階段：設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽階段
B. The second stage: design competition
1.組建方案評(píng)審委員會(huì)，成員由7名境內(nèi)外知名行業(yè)專(zhuān)家組成。方案評(píng)審委員會(huì)由評(píng)審主席主持評(píng)審工作，在評(píng)審中與其他成員有同等表決權(quán)。具體評(píng)審細(xì)則由方案評(píng)審委員會(huì)確定。
1. Build Plan Examination Committee, members are constituted of 7 renowned experts in the industry from China or other countries. The committee chair will be hosting the examination work of Plan Examination Committee, and has equal right to vote. Plan Examination Committee will determine specific examination rules.
2.參賽單位提交符合設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書(shū)要求的成果文件。方案評(píng)審委員會(huì)對(duì)提交的所有設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行評(píng)審，并評(píng)選出前二名優(yōu)勝單位，提出評(píng)審意見(jiàn)，推薦給主辦方。主辦方在充分尊重專(zhuān)家評(píng)審意見(jiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，研究確定前二名優(yōu)勝單位的排名。
2. Participation teams submit final files that meet the requirements of design assignment. Plan Examination Committee will examine all submitted design plans, and chose the top 2 teams, provide review, and recommend to the sponsors. The sponsors will research and determine the rank of the top 2 winning teams on the basis of fully respect expert review opinions.
下面是四個(gè)競(jìng)賽項(xiàng)目的基本信息：
Below is the basic information of the four competition projects:
一、“森林中的坂田”周邊郊野（特色）公園整體聯(lián)通概念方案設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽
I. “Bantian in the Forest” Surrounding Suburban (distinctive) Parks Holistic Conceptual Design Plan International Competition
（一）項(xiàng)目背景
a. Project Background
坂田片區(qū)生態(tài)基底資源較好，周邊規(guī)劃有6個(gè)山體郊野（特色）公園，但是與城市生活缺乏聯(lián)系，亟需改造為市民可以親近的郊野（特色）公園，需有便捷的通道聯(lián)系城市建成區(qū)；現(xiàn)狀各個(gè)郊野（特色）公園之間和公園內(nèi)部被多條城市鐵路、高、快速路分割，需要通過(guò)極富創(chuàng)意又具有可行性的方案來(lái)縫合這些被分割的節(jié)點(diǎn)與段落，將坂雪崗科技城周邊的郊野（特色）公園聯(lián)系為一個(gè)整體。
Bantian Area has a relatively good basis in ecological resources. It has 6 suburb mountain parks in the surrounding area, but they lack connection to urban lives, and are in urgent need of reform to make accessible to the citizens, need convenient transportation passageway connecting to the built area of the city； currently between and inside the parks are segmented by multiple railways, highways, and expressways, need to use extremely creative and feasible method to sew up the segmented nodes and edges, connect the suburb parks surrounding Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone as a whole.
（二）競(jìng)賽目標(biāo)
b. Competition Goal
征集極富創(chuàng)意又具有可行性的方案，建設(shè)便捷的通道，縫合坂田片區(qū)被城市鐵路、高、快速路分割的節(jié)點(diǎn)與段落，聯(lián)系城市建成區(qū)與郊野（特色）公園，把現(xiàn)有生態(tài)綠地改造為市民可以親近的郊野（特色）公園，使坂田街道周邊的郊野（特色）公園聯(lián)系為一個(gè)整體。
Collect extremely creative and feasible plan, build convenient passageway, sew up nodes and edges segmented by urban railways, highways, and expressways in Bantian Area, connect urban build up area and suburb parks, transform existing ecological green space into accessible suburb parks to the citizens, make the suburb parks surrounding Bantian Sub-district a whole.
（三）競(jìng)賽內(nèi)容
c. Competition Content
本項(xiàng)目競(jìng)賽內(nèi)容包含3個(gè)層面的設(shè)計(jì)，分別為概念規(guī)劃研究范圍、整體聯(lián)通設(shè)計(jì)范圍和節(jié)點(diǎn)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。重點(diǎn)完成六個(gè)郊野（特色）公園整體的布局概念方案，解決公園之間整體聯(lián)通的問(wèn)題，比如現(xiàn)狀被城市高、快速路隔斷的節(jié)點(diǎn)與段落、公園內(nèi)綠道與城市綠道的整體聯(lián)通，以及郊野（特色）公園與城市建成區(qū)的聯(lián)系問(wèn)題等。具體內(nèi)容為公園整體環(huán)境景觀(guān)、綠化植被的概念方案，公園和城市廊道的聯(lián)通方案；重要設(shè)施的設(shè)計(jì)，包括登山路徑（探險(xiǎn)徑、臺(tái)階登山徑、緩坡登山徑、環(huán)水庫(kù)觀(guān)光徑和休閑徑）、主觀(guān)景臺(tái)和生態(tài)廊橋等；小型景觀(guān)配套設(shè)施（休息亭、廁所、座椅、燈具、垃圾桶等）；公園標(biāo)識(shí)系統(tǒng)和緊急求救信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)；此外還包括三個(gè)公園入口節(jié)點(diǎn)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。
This competition project contains design on 3 layers, respectively are conceptual planning and research range, holistic connect design range, and specific design of nodes. The key point is to complete master layout conceptual plan of the 6 suburb parks, solve connection problem between the parks, like connect segmented nodes and edges by highway and expressway, greenways inside the parks and urban greenways, and suburb parks and urban build up area. Specific content is the overall landscape and greenery conceptual plan of the parks, connection plan between the park and urban greenways； important infrastructure design, including climbing route (expedition trail, stairs trail, gentle slope trial, round-reservoir sightseeing trail, and leisure trail), main observation deck and ecological passageway, etc.； small-scale infrastructure (resting point, toilet, seats, lights, and trash cans, etc.)； park signage system and emergency distress signal system design； in addition, should include detailed design of three entrance nodes to the park.
（四）報(bào)名要求
d. Sign up Requirements
本次競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)中，單獨(dú)報(bào)名的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)具備風(fēng)景園林工程設(shè)計(jì)甲級(jí)資質(zhì)；以聯(lián)合體形式報(bào)名的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)至少應(yīng)有一方具備風(fēng)景園林工程設(shè)計(jì)甲級(jí)。
In this competition, individual institution signing up as a design team should have landscape architecture class A qualification； to design team of multiple institutions, at least one of them should have landscape architecture class A qualification.
有意向參與的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)需在正式公告中的截止日期前提交報(bào)名文件進(jìn)行報(bào)名。報(bào)名文件包含商務(wù)文件和概念提案兩部分。
Design institution that have intention to sign up should submit sign-up file before the deadline provided in the formal announcement. Sign up file contains business documents and conceptual proposal.
1.商務(wù)文件：
1. Business documents
1）資質(zhì)性文件，包括公司簡(jiǎn)介、工商注冊(cè)文件和資質(zhì)證書(shū)等資料；
1) Credential documents, including company introduction, industrial & commercial registration documents, and qualification certificate, etc.；
2）承接過(guò)的同類(lèi)型設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目證明資料，包括項(xiàng)目介紹、項(xiàng)目完成情況、項(xiàng)目證明圖片和獲獎(jiǎng)證明材料等資料；
2) Documents of past design projects of the same kind, including project introduction, completion status, photos of the project, and award certificate, etc.；
3）擬承擔(dān)本項(xiàng)目的團(tuán)隊(duì)成員資料，包括團(tuán)隊(duì)成員名單、團(tuán)隊(duì)成員簡(jiǎn)歷及首席設(shè)計(jì)師主導(dǎo)過(guò)的同類(lèi)型項(xiàng)目證明材料等資料。
3) Materials of prospective team members, including a list of team members, resume, and proofing materials of chief designer leading other projects of the same kind, etc.
2. 概念提案：
2. Conceptual proposal
概念提案主要闡述對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的理解、本片區(qū)的特色及資源分析、公園整體規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)及局部節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思等（深度不做限定）。
Conceptual proposal should state understanding of this project, analysis of characteristics and resources of this area, overall planning and design of the parks, and design ideas of part of the nodes (depth of design is not limited).
篇幅須控制在A(yíng)3紙15頁(yè)以?xún)?nèi)，以清晰表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)概念為原則，能讓評(píng)委準(zhǔn)確獲取核心設(shè)計(jì)意圖。
The proposal should be within 15 pages, paper size A3. It should clearly state design concept in principle, and let judges accurately get the core of design intention.
二、坂雪崗藝術(shù)中心及周邊地塊建筑概念方案設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽
II. Ban Xue Gang Art Center and Surrounding Block Architecture Conceptual Design Plan International Competition
（一）項(xiàng)目背景
a. Project Background
市委市政府和區(qū)委區(qū)政府明確提出要在坂田盡快建設(shè)高品質(zhì)的文化藝術(shù)中心，提升片區(qū)文化品質(zhì)。經(jīng)過(guò)前期的選址研究，初步確定充分利用黃金山公園及周邊項(xiàng)目的貢獻(xiàn)用地，建設(shè)坂雪崗藝術(shù)中心。
The municipal party committee, municipal government, district party committee, and district government clearly propose to build high quality cultural and art center in Bantian as soon as possible, promote cultural quality of the district. Through allocation research at earlier stage, the decision is to fully make use of Golden Mountain Park and supplied landmass from surrounding projects to build Ban Xue Gang Art Center.
（二）競(jìng)賽目標(biāo)
b. Competition Goal
征集國(guó)際一流、極具創(chuàng)意、又有地域文化特征的設(shè)計(jì)方案，將藝術(shù)中心打造為坂雪崗科技城未來(lái)的地標(biāo)與文化名片。
Collect world-class, extremely creative, rich in regional cultural characteristics design plan, make art center a future landmark and cultural heritage of Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone.
（三）競(jìng)賽內(nèi)容
c. Competition Content
本項(xiàng)目競(jìng)賽內(nèi)容包含兩個(gè)層次，一是從詳細(xì)城市設(shè)計(jì)角度，提出與藝術(shù)中心相互協(xié)調(diào)的周邊地塊建筑風(fēng)格、高度、體量等方面的控制要求；二是藝術(shù)中心與黃金山公園結(jié)合的概念建筑設(shè)計(jì)方案與公園景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)方案。
This competition includes two layers, one is from the angle of detailed urban design, propose control requirements to surrounding landmasses’ architecture style, height, and volume that are coordinative with the art center； the other is conceptual architecture design plan and landscape design plan that unite the art center and Golden Mountain Park.
坂雪崗藝術(shù)中心的主要功能可能包括：
Main purpose of Ban Xue Gang Art Center may include:
1、不小于1600座的大劇院一處，用于上演芭蕾、歌劇和交響樂(lè)；等大型文藝演出；
1. Large theater no less than 1600 seats, for large performance like ballet, opera and symphony, etc.；
2、可容納550人的中型劇場(chǎng)一處，適合地方戲曲和室內(nèi)樂(lè)的演出；
2. Medium theater that can fit 550 people, suitable for local drama and chamber music；
3、可容納250人的小劇場(chǎng)一處，可以進(jìn)行話(huà)劇相聲、評(píng)書(shū)和小型歌舞表演；
3. Small theater that can fit 250 people, can be used for drama, crosstalk, Pingshu, and small-scale singing and dancing performance；
4、不小于400平方米的多功能廳，可容納100-150人，可以進(jìn)行各類(lèi)演出的發(fā)布會(huì)、演前導(dǎo)賞、會(huì)員活動(dòng)和贊助商酒會(huì)；
4. Media hall no smaller than 400 square meters, can fit 100-150 people, can be used for performance conference, preview screening, VIP member activities, and sponsor cocktail party；
5、多功能的文化創(chuàng)意中心，可能包括小型的博物館、科技展覽館、多種新興科技的體驗(yàn)館等等；
5. Multi-purpose culture and creativity center, may include small-scale museum, science and technology museum, new technology experience hall, etc.；

III. Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone Improve Greenery and Landscape Design of Urban Streets and Nodes International Competition
（一）項(xiàng)目背景
a. Project Background
坂雪崗科技城現(xiàn)狀存在街道景觀(guān)品質(zhì)較低、入口門(mén)戶(hù)節(jié)點(diǎn)可識(shí)別性較差的問(wèn)題。本次競(jìng)賽選取了四條城市主要道路和10處門(mén)戶(hù)節(jié)點(diǎn)作為設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象，希望通過(guò)這四條城市主要道路和節(jié)點(diǎn)的綠化景觀(guān)的品質(zhì)提升，逐步帶動(dòng)片區(qū)的整體提升。
Focus on the problems of low quality current streetscape of Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone, and low recognizability of nodes at the entrance. This competition select 4 main municipal roads and 10 nodes as design objects, in the hope of progressively improve the whole area through quality improvement of the four main municipal roads and landscape of the nodes.

營(yíng)造具有片區(qū)特色的城市街道與門(mén)戶(hù)節(jié)點(diǎn)。邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)師參與本次概念性方案設(shè)計(jì)，希望通過(guò)征集最具創(chuàng)意與國(guó)際視野的設(shè)計(jì)方案，以高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高起點(diǎn)打造坂雪崗科技城的特色景觀(guān)街道與門(mén)戶(hù)節(jié)點(diǎn)空間。
Build municipal roads and nodes rich in regional characteristics. Invite excellent designers to participate in making this conceptual plan. Use high standard and starting point to build streets with distinguished landscape and nodes for Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone, through collecting creative, worldly vision design plan.

本項(xiàng)目競(jìng)賽內(nèi)容包括四條道路與十處節(jié)點(diǎn)：
This competition project includes four roads and 10 nodes:
（1）坂雪崗大道（布龍路以南段為近期實(shí)施重點(diǎn)）——坂銀通道開(kāi)通后，坂雪崗大道是從特區(qū)內(nèi)進(jìn)入坂雪崗科技城的重要交通門(mén)戶(hù)路線(xiàn)，也是地鐵10號(hào)線(xiàn)沿線(xiàn)多個(gè)站點(diǎn)的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)所在；
1). Ban Xue Gang Boulevard (the section south of Bulong Road is the key point of implement in recent stage)—after Banyin Passageway open to traffic, Ban Xue Gang Boulevard is an important transportation route to enter Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone from Shenzhen Special Area, and the location of important nodes of multiple stations along metro line 10.
（2）五和大道沿線(xiàn)——五和大道連接南坪與梅觀(guān)，是外界進(jìn)入坂雪崗科技城的主要交通門(mén)戶(hù)路線(xiàn)；
2). Along Wuhe Boulevard—Wuhe Boulevard connects Nanping Expressway and Meiguan Highway, is an major transportation route to enter Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone.
（3）坂李大道沿線(xiàn)——是連接龍華區(qū)和布吉街道的龍崗門(mén)戶(hù)；
3). Along Banli Boulevard—connects Longhua District and Buji Sub-district.
（4）貝爾路和吉華路沿線(xiàn)——是坂雪崗重要的生活性主干道；

四、坂雪崗科技城城市VI及應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽
IV. Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone Urban VI and Application Design International Competition
（一）項(xiàng)目背景
a. Project Background
坂雪崗科技城具有鮮明的產(chǎn)業(yè)特色（以華為為代表的高科技企業(yè)聚集區(qū)）和城市多元文化并存的特色本底，但是這些特色資源缺乏提煉、升華和表達(dá)，亟需有一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的城區(qū)形象識(shí)別系統(tǒng)通過(guò)鮮明的視覺(jué)要素來(lái)表達(dá)坂雪崗科技城的城區(qū)特色。
Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone has a characteristic basis of specific industry (high-tech companies represented by Huawei) and urban culture, but these resources lack refinement, improvement, and expression. The High-Tech Zone is in urgent need of a systematic urban visual identification system using visual elements to express urban characteristics Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone.

通過(guò)本次國(guó)際競(jìng)賽，旨在征集一個(gè)屬于坂雪崗科技城獨(dú)有的形象識(shí)別系統(tǒng)方案（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)VI），并且通過(guò)VI系統(tǒng)在城市公共空間、各類(lèi)公共設(shè)施、公共活動(dòng)中的運(yùn)用方式，將坂雪崗科技城的文化特色傳播出去，讓坂雪崗科技城的城區(qū)形象更加深入人心，進(jìn)一步提升地區(qū)的文化品牌效應(yīng)，成為打造文化坂田的重要措施之一，帶動(dòng)地區(qū)發(fā)展。
Through this international competition, intended to collect a unique visual identification system plan unique to Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone (brief VI), and through the use of VI system in urban public space, public facilities and public activities, broadcast cultural characteristics of Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone, make the urban image of Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone popular, and further improve regional culture brand effect. Is one of the important measures of making the culture of Bantian sub-district standing out, and thus drive regional development.

本項(xiàng)目競(jìng)賽內(nèi)容包括三個(gè)層面：（1）結(jié)合坂雪崗科技城的現(xiàn)狀資源特色與發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，設(shè)計(jì)符合本地文化特質(zhì)的VI系統(tǒng)；（2)將VI設(shè)計(jì)核心元素應(yīng)用到街道家具、標(biāo)識(shí)標(biāo)牌、戶(hù)外廣告、沿街界面、人文雕塑、街頭小品、道路綠化、慢行設(shè)施、城市節(jié)日等，打造整體統(tǒng)一的坂雪崗科技城特色城市形象系統(tǒng)；（3）結(jié)合上述方案提出一系列可操作的維護(hù)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的建議。
This competition project includes three layers: 1. Combine current resources characteristics and develop trend of Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone, design VI system in coherence to local culture； 2. Use VI design core elements on streets, signage, outdoor advertisements, facades along the streets, sculptures, street performance, greenery, slow speed facility, festivals, etc., to create uniform urban visual system of Ban Xue Gang High-Tech Zone； 3.
