Announcement on the Public Consultation on the Planning and Design of Xixiang Coastal Town, Bao’an District, Shenzhen
寶安區(qū)已進(jìn)入建設(shè)“濱海寶安、產(chǎn)業(yè)名城、活力之區(qū)”的新發(fā)展階段，憑借連接粵港黃金走廊、珠三角發(fā)展脊梁中心地帶的絕佳區(qū)位，將成為深圳市參與珠三角灣區(qū)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的重要一極。
Bao’an District has entered into a new development stage of constructing “Coastal Bao’an, Famous Industry City, and Dynamic Region”. It will be an important part for Shenzhen to take part in the competition with the other cities in Pearl River Delta, with its favorable geographical location linking gold corridor of Guangdong and Hong Kong, as well as being the backbone heartland of Pearl River Delta.
西部活力海岸帶，南連深圳灣、北接交椅灣，是寶安區(qū)三大功能軸線之一，也是展現(xiàn)新時(shí)期寶安現(xiàn)代化國(guó)際化灣區(qū)新城魅力的重要窗口，未來(lái)將打造為深圳最具魅力的城市岸線之一。
Bao’an West Dynamic Coastal Zone, bordered to the south by Shenzhen Bay, to the north by Jiaoyi Bay, is one of the three functional axes in Bao’an District, also the important window displaying the charm of Bao’an as a modern and international coastal new city in this new age, and will be one of the most charming coastlines in Shenzhen.
西部活力海岸帶西鄉(xiāng)片區(qū)，北臨寶安機(jī)場(chǎng)、南接寶安中心區(qū)，是西部活力海岸帶的重要組成部分。西灣紅樹(shù)林濕地公園位于該片區(qū)，一期工程已經(jīng)完工，是寶安區(qū)打造西部活力海岸帶的重要一步。但其周邊地區(qū)現(xiàn)狀以城中村和舊工業(yè)區(qū)為主，空間品質(zhì)較差、公共服務(wù)能力較低、功能亟待提升。為了推進(jìn)寶安現(xiàn)代化國(guó)際化灣區(qū)新城和寶安西部活力海岸帶的建設(shè)，強(qiáng)化寶安區(qū)濱海城區(qū)的空間特征，激發(fā)濱水空間的活力，寶安區(qū)委區(qū)政府要求以西鄉(xiāng)濱海風(fēng)情小鎮(zhèn)為定位，啟動(dòng)西鄉(xiāng)街道西灣東片區(qū)的功能提升和城市改造。
Xixiang area of the West Dynamic Coastal Zone is an important part in the West Dynamic Coastal Zone, bordered by Shenzhen Airport to the north, and by Bao’an Central Area to the south. Xiwan Mangrove Wetland Park lies in this area, the first-stage project of which has been completed, and it is an important step to build Bao’an West Dynamic Coastal Zone. But the surroundings, mainly urban villages and old industrial zones, are characterized by poor qualities of space, low public services capacities, and poor functions which need to be improved urgently. In order to promote the construction of Bao’an as a modern and international coastal new city, and Bao’an Western Dynamic Coastal Zone, strengthen Bao’an’s spatial characteristics as a coastal urban area, and inspire the coastal vitality, it is going to start the functional improvement and urban transformation of Xiwan Eastern Area, Xixiang Sub-district, with the planning and construction of Xixiang Coastal Town as the positioning, according to the instruction of Bao’an District Committee and Government.
根據(jù)寶安區(qū)委區(qū)政府工作部署，深圳市規(guī)劃和國(guó)土資源委員會(huì)寶安管理局和深圳市寶安區(qū)西鄉(xiāng)街道辦事處聯(lián)合組織開(kāi)展“深圳市寶安區(qū)西鄉(xiāng)濱海風(fēng)情小鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)公開(kāi)咨詢(xún)”活動(dòng)，面向全球公開(kāi)征集具有豐富規(guī)劃實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)參與。
According to the work plan of Bao’an District Committee and Government, the Public Consultation is held jointly by Bao’an Administration of Urban Planning, Land and Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality and Xixiang Sub-district Office, and globally welcome those design firms with rich practice experience in urban planning to take part in.
有意向參與本次公開(kāi)咨詢(xún)活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)或聯(lián)合體，請(qǐng)?zhí)顚?xiě)《深圳市寶安區(qū)西鄉(xiāng)濱海風(fēng)情小鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)公開(kāi)咨詢(xún)報(bào)名表》（詳見(jiàn)附件1），并按照《深圳市寶安區(qū)西鄉(xiāng)濱海風(fēng)情小鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)公開(kāi)咨詢(xún)工作規(guī)則》（詳見(jiàn)附件2）的要求提交報(bào)名商務(wù)文件和項(xiàng)目建議書(shū)，于北京時(shí)間2016年8月25日17:00前進(jìn)行報(bào)名。有關(guān)報(bào)名材料請(qǐng)登陸以下網(wǎng)站查詢(xún)、下載并填報(bào)：
Design firms or consortiums who are interested in this Public Consultation, please fill out the Application Form of the Public Consultation on the Planning and Design of Xixiang Coastal Town, Bao’an District, Shenzhen (See Appendix 1 for details), and apply for it by submitting the commercial application documents and concept proposal with reference to the Working Rules of the Public Consultation on the Planning and Design of Xixiang Coastal Town, Bao’an District, Shenzhen (See Appendix 2 for details) before 17:00, August 25, 2016 (Beijing Time).
