一、工程名稱
前海桂灣公園方案設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽。
二、建設(shè)地點(diǎn)
深圳市前海深港合作區(qū)。
三、建設(shè)規(guī)模
建安總投資估算：約人民幣3.96億元（可研批復(fù)）。公園自東向西呈帶狀分布，全長(zhǎng)約2.2公里，紅線寬度245米，占地面積約52萬(wàn)平方米。
四、競(jìng)賽安排
第一階段：公園設(shè)計(jì)策略及總體概念規(guī)劃；
第二階段：公園景觀與建筑概念設(shè)計(jì)。
五、資金來(lái)源
財(cái)政資金。
六、設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)
暫估價(jià)為725萬(wàn)元人民幣（含功能性用房及商業(yè)用房概念方案設(shè)計(jì)）。
七、獎(jiǎng)金
第一階段：第一名至第六名每個(gè)參賽單位獲得人民幣15萬(wàn)元
第二階段：第一名獲得本項(xiàng)目的委托合同；第二名萬(wàn)元35萬(wàn)元； 第三名獲得人民幣25萬(wàn)元；第四名獲得人民幣20萬(wàn)元；第五名獲得人民幣10萬(wàn)元；第六名獲得人民幣10萬(wàn)元
第二階段第二名到第六名必須為第一階段評(píng)選出的前6名參賽單位方可獲得獎(jiǎng)金。
八、參賽單位資格要求
1、本次競(jìng)賽采取公開報(bào)名、自由參賽的方式，沒有資質(zhì)限制，境內(nèi)外具有相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的單位均可報(bào)名參賽；
2、接受聯(lián)合體報(bào)名參賽，聯(lián)合體成員單位不得超過3家。已報(bào)名的參賽單位不得再與其他單位組成聯(lián)合體報(bào)名參賽, 也不得以顧問的形式參賽，否則該參賽單位及與其組成的聯(lián)合體均被取消本競(jìng)賽的參賽資格，相應(yīng)的參賽文件及成果將被拒絕；
3、擬投入的主創(chuàng)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員中須有建筑設(shè)計(jì)、景觀設(shè)計(jì)、綠化等專業(yè)背景；
4、主創(chuàng)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員中還須具有負(fù)責(zé)城市水環(huán)境工程類似項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)／實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)師；
5、擬投入的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人須為聯(lián)合體牽頭單位人員；
6、報(bào)名參賽單位具有類似項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的，將優(yōu)先考慮；
7、不接受個(gè)人及有個(gè)人為成員組成的聯(lián)合體報(bào)名參賽。

1. Project name
Design Competition for Qianhai Guiwan Park
2. Location
Qianhai Shenzhen-Hongkong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, P.R. China
3. Investment of the Project
Estimated total investment for construction & installation: about RMB 396,000,000 according to the feasibility report to be approved. The Park looks like a ribbon, with a length about 2.2 Km from east to west a width between its boundary lines of 245 meters and an area of about 520,000 m2.
4. Competition phases
Phase 1: Design strategy and overall conceptual planning
Phase 2: Landscape and architectural conceptual design
5. Project financing
Government fund.
6. Value of design contract
The value of the design contract is tentatively estimated to be RMB 7,250,000 (conceptual design of functional and commercial buildings included).
7. Competition prizes
Phase 1: The six finalists shall each be awarded with RMB 150, 000.
Phase 2: The top-winner will win the design contract of this project； the second will be awarded with RMB 350,000； the third will get RMB 250,000； then, RMB 200,000 for the fourth, RMB 100,000 for the fifth, and RMB 100,000 for the sixth.
The second to the sixth of Phase 2 shall be selected from the six finalists in Phase 1.
8. Qualifications
a. Any entity with relevant designing experiences in China or abroad may apply to participate the competition. No enterprise qualification is required.
b. Any partnership with no more than three members is also welcomed. Any entity already signed up can neither sign up again as a partnership member nor as an advisor, otherwise, the entity and the partnership of which it is a part will both be disqualified, and their competition documents and deliverables will be rejected.
c. In the participants’ designer team there shall be members with architectural design, landscape design, greening design and other necessary professional background.
d. In the participants’ designer team there shall also be members with experiences in designing and implementing projects like city water environmental engineering.
e. The proposed project manager shall come from the leader in the partnership, if applicable.
f. Applicants with experiences in similar projects will be given priority.
g. Any individual or partnership consisting of any individual as its member will not be accepted for the competition.
