武漢首義文化區(qū)規(guī)劃方案國際征集
|
WORLDWIDE PLANNING AND DESIGNING COLLECTION
FOR SHOUYI CULTURAL DISTRICT
   
1911年10月10日，以孫中山先生為代表的革命黨人發(fā)動了震驚中外的辛亥革命武昌首義，一舉推翻了統(tǒng)治中國兩千余年的封建君主專制。這一世界性的事件，具有重大的歷史意義和深刻的歷史影響，沉淀了豐富的歷史文化和精神遺產(chǎn)。為弘揚首義精神，整合首義文化資源，彰顯辛亥首義歷史地位和文化價值，武漢市人民政府確立了將首義文化區(qū)建成為國家辛亥革命紀念重地，集紀念、旅游、休閑、教育等多功能于一體的特色歷史文化旅游區(qū)和服務武昌舊城、輻射周邊的“城市綠心”的目標，以打造武漢城市建設新靚點、城市文化新品牌和凝聚中華民族革命精神的重要載體。為此，特公開征集該地區(qū)規(guī)劃設計方案，誠邀海內(nèi)外各實力設計機構參與。
On Oct.10.1911, the first shot of the Wuchang Uprising (Shouyi) was fired by revolutionists whose leader was Dr. Sun Yat-sen. This revolution overthrew the feudalistic government which had ruled China for over 2000 years. This cosmopolitan historical event with its great historical significance and influence has accumulated abundant historical culture and spirit heritage. For glorifying the spirit, integrating the cultural resources and praising the historical status and the cultural value of the 1911 Revolution, the Wuhan municipal government decides to build the Shouyi Cultural District into a national memorial area of the 1911 Revolution, which functions as a featured historical and cultural tourism area as well as a “city green heart” to serve the Wuchang old town, so as to establish a new scene in Wuhan’s urban construction which will be the new urban cultural brand and an important carrier for integrating the revolutionary spirit of the Chinese Nation. In light of this aim, we sincerely invite worldwide qualified designing organizations to participate in and submit planning for the Shouyi Cultural District.
規(guī)劃設計范圍和內(nèi)容 Planning Scope and Content
首義文化區(qū)位于武昌舊城，地處蛇山和紫陽湖之間，西鄰復興路、東接首義路、北起蛇山、南至規(guī)劃津水路，總面積170公頃，是武昌首義發(fā)生、發(fā)展和歷史遺存最為集中的區(qū)域。其中核心區(qū)由體育街、規(guī)劃津水路、首義路、楚善街、武珞路、中山路和蛇山圍合而成，總面積105公頃，分蛇山板塊、首義板塊和紫陽湖板塊等三大板塊。
依據(jù)首義文化區(qū)總體定位，在綜合考慮武漢市、武昌舊城和首義文化區(qū)等不同層次的空間關系和交通、景觀、旅游等城市功能協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的基礎上，各應征機構應提出首義文化區(qū)總體規(guī)劃的設計構思和規(guī)劃布局，完成蛇山、首義和紫陽湖三大板塊的詳細規(guī)劃方案。具體要求詳見征集文件。
The Shouyi Cultural District locates in Wuchang old town, between the Snake Mountain and the Ziyang Lake. Being adjacent to the Fuxing Road in the west and connecting with Shouyi Road in the east, starting from the Snake Mountain in the north and ends at the planned Jinshui Road, the total area is approximately 170 hectare. This district is the place where Wuchang Uprising happened and most of historic remains existed. The core part of this district is enclosed by Shouyi Road, the planned Jinshui Road, Wuluo Road, Zhongshan Road, Tiyu Road and the Snake Mountain, covering a area of this part is about 105 hectare. This core part is divided into 3 blocks: Snake Mountain Block, Shouyi Block and Ziyang Lake Block.
Based on the orientation of Shouyi Culture District, the comprehensive consideration of the spatial relationship among the whole Wuhan City, Wuchang town and the Shouyi Cultural District and the development of traffic, landscape and traveling function of the district, the applicants should provide the planning concept, planning layout of the district and detailed planning of Snake Mountain Block, Shouyi Block and Ziyang Lake Block. 參與機構資質及報名有關要求 Qualification and Application Requirements
歡迎所有具備中國規(guī)劃或建筑設計甲級資質和海外相應資質的機構應征。允許兩家或兩家以上設計單位合作組成一個應征機構，其中至少有一方必須達到設計資質要求。
報名截止時間為2006年3月5日17:00(北京時間)
應征機構應提交報名表及相關文件材料。具體要求詳見征集文件。
Any organizations in China that have the planning or design qualification of A Level and oversea organizations with equivalent level are welcomed to participate in this activity. Two or more design organizations may form a single applicant; at least one of them should meet the qualification.
Deadline for application: 17:00 March 5th(Beijing time).
All applicants should submit the application form and related materials. Please refer to the collection document for detailed requirements.
