Hassell offers an interesting and challenging professional career within a collaborative work environment. 高級項目建築師數(shù)名：協(xié)助進行國內(nèi)多元化工程項目的管理、投標(biāo)及深化施工圖設(shè)計。應(yīng)徵者需具五年以上專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗，精於AutoCAD操作，並對規(guī)劃 / 建築規(guī)範(fàn)具深入的認(rèn)識。具有一級注冊建筑師資格者優(yōu)先。 Senior Project Architects: To assist the management and detailed documents stages of a diverse range of PRC projects. Candidates are required to have a minimum 5 years postgraduate experience, AutoCAD skilled with working knowledge of planning / building regulations. 景觀設(shè)計師數(shù)名：需具五年以上專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗，具備良好的設(shè)計及溝通技能，以承擔(dān)國內(nèi)工程的深化設(shè)計及施工圖階段的工作。 Landscape Architects: With 5 years’ postgraduate experience with strong graphic and communication ability to undertake the detailed design and documentation stages of projects in PRC. 室內(nèi)設(shè)計師數(shù)名：需具三至五年國內(nèi)項目設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，以承擔(dān)各類大型室內(nèi)設(shè)計項目的深化設(shè)計及施工圖製作階段的工作。 Interior Designers: With a minimum of 3 – 5 years project experience in PRC to undertake the detailed design and documentation stages of various hospitality projects. 市場助理：負(fù)責(zé)處理市場調(diào)查研究及聯(lián)絡(luò)工作，精於Pagemaker及Powerpoint軟件操作，以制作公司各類宣傳資料。良好英語說寫能力，熟悉國內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)市場及發(fā)展程序。 Marketing Assistant: Required to undertake market research and co – ordination of marketing / presentation material in PageMaker and PowerPoint format. Understanding of written and spoken English, and Mandarin essential with knowledge of property market and development process. 電腦繪圖員：具有建築、景觀及室內(nèi)設(shè)計項目經(jīng)驗的繪圖員數(shù)名。熟悉平面圖軟件及AutoCAD操作，具有施工圖設(shè)計繪圖經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。 CADD Draftsmen: Experienced cadd draftsmen sought for diverse range of architectural, landscape and interior projects.
