Candidates should have a 5 year BArch degreein architecture as a minimum requirement and 1 to 2 years of prior working experience. PE is looking for candidates with a positive mental attitude, good communication skills, an ability to work well in a team environment and willingness to take initiative. They should possess a basic knowledge in building systems and have a general understanding of concept thru schematic design documentation requirements. Prior experience in an International design office is a plus. - Bi-lingual mandarin/English skills is preferred - Candidates will be expected to have creative design and freehand drawing skills. Personally preparing and/or directing a team in the preparation of architectural drawings and graphics, coordinating the production of architectural models, renderings and multi-media,. Acting as the key project liaison between the client and the project team Ability to work with CADD, Revit, sketch-up, inDesign.
