講座背景
2013年12月21日，中國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院（集團(tuán)）院長(zhǎng)助理、教授級(jí)高工、國(guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼專(zhuān)家歐陽(yáng)東先生將蒞臨CBC，就“BIM技術(shù)——第二次建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)的變革”一題，圍繞“BIM技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和國(guó)內(nèi)外應(yīng)用情況”、“推廣BIM技術(shù)的必要性”、“BIM技術(shù)產(chǎn)生的作用”、“發(fā)展方向”、“實(shí)施策略”、“實(shí)施措施”以及“BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用中政府擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)慕巧钡纫幌盗袉?wèn)題展開(kāi)深入演講。同時(shí)，歐陽(yáng)東先生作為主編，協(xié)同10位BIM專(zhuān)家，由中國(guó)工程院孫家廣院士撰寫(xiě)序，中國(guó)勘察設(shè)計(jì)大師莊惟敏等四位專(zhuān)家撰寫(xiě)評(píng)語(yǔ)，合作出版最新力作《BIM技術(shù)----第二次建筑設(shè)計(jì)革命》，將在演講之后面向廣大讀者進(jìn)行簽售。
Mr. Ouyang Dong, the assistant president of China Architecture Design and Research Group, professor level senior engineer and specialized expert entitled to the Government Special Allowance by the State Council, will give a lecture in CBC on December 21, 2013. The lecture will be presented on the subject of “BIM technology—the second architectural industry revolution”, and deepen with a range of issues, including the “the distinguish feature of the BIM technology and its international and domestic application”, “necessity of the BIM technology spread” , “the function, development direction, strategy and measurement of implementation of the BIM technology” and “the role of government in the application of BIM technology”. And there will be a book signing after the speech. This monograph --“BIM technology - the second architectural design revolution” is edited by Mr. Ouyang Dong together with ten BIM experts and researchers as guest editors; prefaced by the academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Mr. Sun Jiaguang; and commented by the Chinese survey and design master, Zhuang Wei min and other three experts.
CBC在舉辦此次活動(dòng)，是觀察到計(jì)算機(jī)輔助技術(shù)在當(dāng)下建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)已步入深入普及階段。BIM（Building Information Modeling建筑信息模型）——以建筑工程項(xiàng)目的各項(xiàng)相關(guān)信息數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)，建立建筑模型，通過(guò)數(shù)字信息仿真模擬建筑物所具有的真實(shí)信息——作為最具發(fā)展前景的建筑設(shè)計(jì)輔助建模技術(shù)，在全世界的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛；在我國(guó)的建筑設(shè)計(jì)界，也越來(lái)越受到建筑師的認(rèn)可和歡迎。但就BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用的廣度和深度而言，還有很大的推廣與挖掘空間。
歐陽(yáng)東先生主編的《BIM技術(shù)----第二次建筑設(shè)計(jì)革命》一書(shū)，是一本多層次、多角度闡述BIM技術(shù)的學(xué)術(shù)專(zhuān)著。 該書(shū)不僅符合世界建筑設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)，而且與國(guó)家的節(jié)能政策相適應(yīng)：結(jié)合中國(guó)“十二五”規(guī)劃中關(guān)于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、節(jié)能環(huán)保、BIM技術(shù)推廣的要求，首次提出“BIM技術(shù)----第二次建筑設(shè)計(jì)革命”的理念，并明確提出“通過(guò)改變建筑設(shè)計(jì)模式，可以提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，誰(shuí)愈先采用，誰(shuí)愈早受益”的觀點(diǎn)。該書(shū)出版后，反響頗為熱烈。不僅如此，在歐陽(yáng)東先生近期主持的全國(guó)性同主題行業(yè)會(huì)議上，廣大建筑師及建筑行業(yè)相關(guān)人士對(duì)BIM技術(shù)和這本專(zhuān)著也表現(xiàn)極大的熱情。這本廣受歡迎的專(zhuān)著正式出版不到兩個(gè)月,就進(jìn)行了第二次印刷。
“BIM technology - the second architectural design revolution”, which is edited by Mr.Ouyang Dong, is a academic monograph elaborated with BIM technology in multiple levels and angles. It is not only complied with the trend of the world architecture design, but also implement the national policies of energy saving:
in accordance with the requirements of technological innovation, energy conservation, environmental protection and BIM technology generalization in the ‘twelfth five-year’ plan of China, the concept of BIM technology as the Second Architectural Design Revolution is proposed for the first time. It is also clearly put forward the view that the alteration of architecture design pattern could enhance firm competitiveness and those whoever adopt it sooner would benefit sooner. The response is quite overwhelming after the book published. Beyond that, many architects and architectural industry peers also showed great enthusiasm on this monograph in the recent national conference on the same theme of the industry hosted by Mr. Ouyang Dong. This popular monograph was conducted a second printing after less than two months of the official publish.
