1．HUAYI Design Consultants Ltd (“HUAYI Design”)
HongKong HUAYI Design Consultants.Ltd. (“HUAYI”)was registered in Hong Kong in 1986. In the same year, Itswholly-owned subsidiary – Hong Kong HUAYI Design Consultant (Shenzhen) Ltd was established in Shenzhen. HUAYI holds Class A engineering design certificate (Certificate NO. : AW144017173) approved by the Chinese Ministry of Construction. Currently it has eight subsidiaries located in Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, Beijing, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Xiamen. In 2009, Beijing China Overseas HUAYI City Planning & Design Ltd was established in Beijing. On August 2010, it has gained a Class A certificate on Urban & Country planning awarded by the Chinese Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development (“MOHURD”).
HUAYI is a subordinate of the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (“CSCEC” – National Scale Construction Giant regulated by the state-owned assets supervision and administration commission of the state council). All stock rights of HUAYI were incorporated into the China Overseas Group (“China Overseas”). China Overseas is a wholly owned subsidiary of CSCEC in Hong Kong and the parent company of China Overseas Development Ltd and China State Construction International Group (Stock Code: 00688.HK and 03311.HK respectively). In May 2005, HUAYI has gained approval from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and formally became a wholly owned subsidiary of China Overseas Development Ltd.
Through its Hong Kong background and a profound vision over the international market, HUAYI shows a strong competitive edge even at its initial establishment stage. Over the past 25 years, HUAYI was actively involved in all kinds of architect design projects. HUAYI City Planning &Designwas registered in Beijing in 2009 and was awarded Class A Urban & Rural Planning certificate by the MOHURD in August 2010. Its subsidiary in Shenzhen was established in December 2010.
HUAYI Planning was established by HUAYI Design. 2、熟練掌握Revit系列軟件者優(yōu)先考慮；
3、樂(lè)于學(xué)習(xí)并掌握BIM設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)軟件（RevitArchitecture、RevitStructure、RevitMEP、Microstation、Navisworks、Rhinoceros、Ecotect、IES、ETABS等）；
4、正規(guī)院校本科以上學(xué)歷，建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、暖通、給排水專業(yè)背景；
5、具有3年以上國(guó)內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)院或外資設(shè)計(jì)公司建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、暖通、給排水設(shè)計(jì)繪圖經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
6、專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)牢固，熟悉本專業(yè)各項(xiàng)規(guī)范、規(guī)程，了解本專業(yè)的最新技術(shù)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)；
7、敬業(yè)踏實(shí)，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，細(xì)心嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，有良好的職業(yè)素質(zhì)和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神及溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。

★ 電氣總工程師/副總工程師
1、大學(xué)本科及以上畢業(yè)，注冊(cè)電氣工程師，10以上年甲級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)院電氣設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、能獨(dú)立承擔(dān)并帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成各類大中型項(xiàng)目電氣設(shè)計(jì)；
3、敬業(yè)踏實(shí)，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，細(xì)心嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，有良好的職業(yè)素質(zhì)和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神及溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。
工作地點(diǎn)：北京
★ 電氣、給排水、暖通空調(diào)工程師
1、建筑電氣、給排水、暖通空調(diào)專業(yè)，大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，3年以上甲級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)院工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、能獨(dú)立承擔(dān)中型項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)專業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)有較強(qiáng)的鉆研精神；
3、熟練掌握CAD及其他與建筑設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的軟件；
4、了解項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中各專業(yè)的配合流程；
5、敬業(yè)踏實(shí)，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，細(xì)心嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，有良好的職業(yè)素質(zhì)和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神及溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。

★ 實(shí)習(xí)生
1、重點(diǎn)院校建筑學(xué)本科4年級(jí)或碩士2年級(jí)以上，學(xué)術(shù)水準(zhǔn)優(yōu)良，有較強(qiáng)的方案設(shè)計(jì)能力；社會(huì)或?qū)嵺`活動(dòng)突出，思路清晰，敬業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)，有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
2、熟練使用Photoshop、Autocad、Sketchup等軟件，實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間2個(gè)月以上。
