建筑師
1、建筑設計或相關專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科學歷或以上
2、英語口語流利，寫作流暢，能與外籍建筑設計師交流
3、至少3年以上建筑設計相關工作經(jīng)驗
4、了解相關建筑法規(guī)與條例，國家一級注冊建筑師優(yōu)先
5、熟悉建筑設計項目開展過程
6、有外資建筑設計公司工作背景優(yōu)先
7、熟練操作AutoCad, Photoshop, SketchUp, Indesign等相關軟件, 熟練操作Rhino優(yōu)先
8、細心，有責任心，并且工作努力
1、Major in architecture or related area, BA degree or above
2、English as one of the working languages of proficient level, both in writing and speaking
3、At least 3 years architectural design experience
4、Knowledge of Chinese national and local architectural guidelines, standards, regulations etc.
5、Understand the design process of architectural projects
6、Experience in a foreign architecture firm or cooperate an advantage
7、AutoCad, Photoshop, SketchUp, Indesign skills, knowledge of Rhino an advantage

助理建筑師

4、能獨立完成景觀項目的設計工作，能有效的控制工作時間和設計表現(xiàn)能力
5、在設計方面具有獨特風格，熟悉設計流程、熟悉植物的綠化配植及燈光搭配效果
6、具備良好的溝通交流能力，理解能力強，以及團隊協(xié)助精神

工作描述：
1、運用各種軟件編輯制作項目前期標書
2、協(xié)助更新公司的宣傳資料、手冊及其它市場推廣文本
3、協(xié)助設計團隊完成項目相關匯報文本

Qualification:
