Foreign Architect
外籍建筑師
1. Passionate for architectural design. Major in Architecture, Bachelor degree or above the one with overseas education backgrounds.
2. Over 4 years design experience in architects firms, focusing on large scale public buildings such as commercial and complex projects, within China experience will be priority.
3. With strong sense of responsibility and good team-work spirit. Good command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
4. Fluency in English, Chinese will be a plus. Good communication skill and presentation skill.
項目建筑師
1. 建筑學專業(yè)本科及以上學歷，5年以上工作經(jīng)驗；
2. 優(yōu)秀的方案創(chuàng)作能力；
3. 具有豐富的建成各類公建和住宅項目經(jīng)驗，精通項目從初步設計到施工圖設計的具體工作，同時熟悉和各專業(yè)在各階段的配合工作。具備帶領團隊完成從方案設計到施工配合全過程的工作經(jīng)驗；
4. 熟悉國家及地方的相關設計規(guī)范，并具備在方案設計中把握規(guī)范的實際經(jīng)驗；
5. 熟練應用AutoCad，Sketchup,Photoshop等專業(yè)軟件；
6. 強烈的責任心和良好的團隊領導能力；
具有國家一級注冊建筑師專業(yè)資質(zhì)，良好的建筑表現(xiàn)及英語表達能力者優(yōu)先
主創(chuàng)建筑師
1、建筑學專業(yè)本科以上學歷；
2、3年以上主創(chuàng)設計師工作經(jīng)驗；
3、具有較強方案設計能力，能夠作為骨干完成項目的方案設計工作
4、具有敬業(yè)精神、責任心以及團隊合作精神。
建筑設計師
1、本科以上學歷，建筑學專業(yè)及相關專業(yè)；
2、具有二年以上建筑設計工作經(jīng)驗；
3、能進行施工圖或方案設計；
4、具有良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力；
5、熟練使用AutoCAD Photoshop等相關設計軟件；
6、具有敬業(yè)精神、責任心以及團隊合作精神。
助理建筑師
1、建筑及相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷；
2、具有良好的美學知識和繪圖等專業(yè)技能；
3、能熟練使用AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketchup、Illustrator、InDesign 等軟件；
4、具有良好的溝通能力和合作精神，誠實正直、勤奮敬業(yè)。
實習生
1．三年以上本專業(yè)學習經(jīng)歷.
2．會使用各類輔助設計軟件，具備手繪能力
3．有較強的學習和適應能力、溝通能力，良好的團隊合作精神。
