Interior Project Architect室內(nèi)項目建筑師 – (Shanghai) The Interior Project Architect will be responsible for: · Technically lead the project · Coordination with client, construction manager and interior design team to develop construction details, field reports document, produce construction documents on AutoCAD/Revit, freehand sketches on site, etc. · On site construction supervision of commercial interior projects, read and understand construction drawings and responsible for quality control · Any other related responsibility as assigned
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered: · 3-5 years professional experience preferably in high end corporate interior or workplace position · Experience in on site construction field supervision is highly preferred, with the ability to sketch details and answer RFP’s · Experience of working with local design institute, and good knowledge of local building codes · AutoCAD proficiency required, BIM proficiency a plus · Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, and the ability to work well with a team

Interior Project Manager室內(nèi)項目經(jīng)理– (Shanghai)
The Interior Project Manager will work with the team in support of commercial construction and renovation projects.
The Interior Project Manager will be responsible for:
· Be familiar with industry related contracts, scheduling and be familiar with materials, methods and processes of construction. · Possessing a working knowledge of construction terminology. · Demonstrating organizational capabilities and be adept at maintaining complete and thorough project documentation including RFIs, Submittals, Contracts, Change Orders, Project Correspondence, Schedules for Payment, Drawings and all other related contract documentation. · Have practical experience with confirming: inspections, certificates, punch list items, final lien releases, retainage releases and that final payments have been received and completed. The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with experience. · 8-10 years related work experience in a similar role · Minimum 3-5 years working knowledge of construction contracts management and administration processes. · Relevant experience in Corporate Interiors or Retails projects is highly preferred. · Strong computer skills and cost accounting software, construction schedule software and the Microsoft suite required. · Familiarity with Microsoft Project and PowerPoint also preferred. · Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills. · Detail and deadline oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Marketing Graphic Design Specialist 市場推廣– (Shanghai)
The Marketing Graphic Design Specialist reports to the Marketing Manager and provides executive assistance to the Management Team and the Design Studios. The Marketing Graphic Design Specialist also provides administrative and technical assistance to the marketing team, assisting department members with various requests, inquiries and tasks. Project Architect 項目建筑師 – (Shanghai) Manages, organizes and coordinates project teams and team assignments to complete architectural projects, responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents are in concert with design intent, responsible for project schedules and budgets. Resolves complex technical/design issues and provides guidance to team. Coordinates activity and communication between project team and other disciplines. Primary project types should include: commercial, mixed-use / retail and higher education. Full knowledge of architectural principles / practices.
