Interior Project Architect室內(nèi)項目建筑師 – (Shanghai)
The Interior Project Architect will be responsible for:
· Technically lead the project
· Coordination with client, construction manager and interior design team to develop construction details, field reports document, produce construction documents on AutoCAD/Revit, freehand sketches on site, etc.
· On site construction supervision of commercial interior projects, read and understand construction drawings and responsible for quality control
· Any other related responsibility as assigned
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
· 3-5 years professional experience preferably in high end corporate interior or workplace position
· Experience in on site construction field supervision is highly preferred, with the ability to sketch details and answer RFP’s
· Experience of working with local design institute, and good knowledge of local building codes
· AutoCAD proficiency required, BIM proficiency a plus
· Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, and the ability to work well with a team

Interior Project Manager室內(nèi)項目經(jīng)理– (Shanghai)
The Interior Project Manager will work with the team in support of commercial construction and renovation projects.
The Interior Project Manager will be responsible for:
· Be familiar with industry related contracts, scheduling and be familiar with materials, methods and processes of construction.
· Possessing a working knowledge of construction terminology.
· Demonstrating organizational capabilities and be adept at maintaining complete and thorough project documentation including RFIs, Submittals, Contracts, Change Orders, Project Correspondence, Schedules for Payment, Drawings and all other related contract documentation.
· Have practical experience with confirming: inspections, certificates, punch list items, final lien releases, retainage releases and that final payments have been received and completed.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with experience.
· 8-10 years related work experience in a similar role
· Minimum 3-5 years working knowledge of construction contracts management and administration processes.
· Relevant experience in Corporate Interiors or Retails projects is highly preferred.
· Strong computer skills and cost accounting software, construction schedule software and the Microsoft suite required.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Project and PowerPoint also preferred.
· Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
· Detail and deadline oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Master Planner/Urban Designer規(guī)劃師– (Shanghai)
The Master Planner/Urban Designer will be responsible for:
· Working closely with the Master Planning Design team to develop master plan, urban planning and landscaping solution for various types of project types.

Marketing Graphic Design Specialist 市場推廣– (Shanghai)
The Marketing Graphic Design Specialist reports to the Marketing Manager and provides executive assistance to the Management Team and the Design Studios. The Marketing Graphic Design Specialist also provides administrative and technical assistance to the marketing team, assisting department members with various requests, inquiries and tasks.
The Marketing Graphic Design Specialist will work alongside our Marketing team and will be responsible for:
· Designing marketing collateral including, but not limited qualifications and proposals templates, marketing campaigns launches, newsletters, brochures, presentations, flyers, flash and static banners, from concept through completion.
· Managing the development of materials that elevate, differentiate, and function both on-brand and on-strategy
· Managing the implementation and communication of the firm`s brand standards； be accountable for brand consistency across campaigns and assets, videos, email and other marketing programs
· Managing print job process to ensure high quality, timeline and budget
· Developing and maintaining graphic collateral archive
· Trends in Graphic design research and stock imagery updates (for use in marketing materials)
· Developing strategies and content that promote corporate branding in our print and electronic collateral ( layout, color and typography )
· Ability to work with digital media and multimedia
· Training marketing staff on graphic design and technology as well as the use of new firmwide standards and templates
· Working with studio project teams to make sure that their deliverables reflect a high level of graphic design quality, as well as the Gensler brand
· Coordinating the graphic design efforts for internal special projects such as board meetings, principals meetings, parties, receptions, town hall meetings, poster programs, and training programs
· Working with senior staff to produce customized, high-profile proposals &presentations
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
· Professional with 3-5 years of hands-on inhouse graphic design , marketing and creative content creation experience
· Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Arts ,Graphic Design or Multimedia
· Strong creative portfolio that demonstrates unique and independent thinking and the ability to communicate visually
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat 9Pro, Dreamweaver.
· Additional software skills (Flash, HTML, etc.) are a plus

Project Architect 項目建筑師 – (Shanghai)
Manages, organizes and coordinates project teams and team assignments to complete architectural projects, responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents are in concert with design intent, responsible for project schedules and budgets. Resolves complex technical/design issues and provides guidance to team. Coordinates activity and communication between project team and other disciplines. Primary project types should include: commercial, mixed-use / retail and higher education. Full knowledge of architectural principles / practices.
The Project Architect will be responsible for:
· Organizing and managing project teams and team assignments
· Coordination with LDI and client during all phases to ensure production of contract documents are aligned with design intent
· Full coordination between teams and projects
· Managing project timelines and schedules
· Resolution of complex technical and design issues as they arise
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
· At least 12-15 years professional experience.
· A licensed Architect registered either by Chinese or overseas government will be an advantage.
· Knowledge of Chinese building codes, standards and structures
· Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, and the ability to work well with a team
· Computer skills should include AutoCad, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp. 3DMax and Revit is a plus.

The Senior Designer will work in the architecture studio on large, high end and custom design projects, providing design leadership by giving clients an excellent service both on design and delivery, continually provide design solutions, improving design quality, represent Gensler architecture design to clients and the design community, mentoring designers in their careers and working profitably for the firm.
The Senior Designer will be responsible for:
