Senior Associate landscape Architect– Beijing, Hong Kong
Primary objective of the position
_ The position requires a creative leader within the industry and the company. He/she is responsible for efficiently managing projects to ensure they meet both the financial and design requirements of HASSELL.

Principal Interior Designer -Shanghai
Primary objective of the position
The position requires a leader within the industry and the company. He/she is responsible for efficiently managing the Interior Design discipline (people, projects, clients) to ensure that both the financial and design requirements of HASSELL are being met.

Principal Architect - Shanghai
Primary Objective of the Position
Part of the senior management team for the firm’s practice in China and responsible for efficiently managing the Architectural discipline (people, projects, clients) to ensure that both the financial and design requirements of HASSELL are being met. It is an essential requirement that the person is able to understand, guide and deliver quality design service in China. The role will require you to display the following key attributes:

Reporting and Liaison:
— Report to Managing Director and Principal； and
— Coordination/liaison with Discipline Principals, Senior Design Team, Operations Manager and Business Development team in Shanghai, Beijing and HK studios.
PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Please note that periodically you may be asked to undertake activities outside of those listed below.
Discipline Management
— Undertake discipline overview in terms of projects, resources and finance.
— Manage the delivery of projects in terms of client relationship management, financial performance overview, resourcing review
— Responsible for overview of staff resources, and assist with new staff recruitment / appointments
— Lead architectural design competitions in China
— Build Hong Kong support team to be financially sustainable (i.e. >15% profit)
Business Development
— Assist with the development of market awareness of HASSELL and the various discipline services
— Increase activity beyond commercial residential sectors but also expand profile in other sectors including Aviator / Rail / Health / Sport
— Participate with Director/ Managing Principal and Marketing team in the identification, pursuit and development of projects
— Actively identify and pursue opportunities with other HASSELL disciplines and geographic locations
— Evaluation of invitations for Proposals, Attendance at new client meetings and preparation of fee proposals (with support and input from Senior Team and BD Team). Note: all fees to be reviewed by Principal.
Team Development
— Assist with the direction and growth of the HASSELL China studios
— Encourage the development of a strong design culture
— Encourage a collaborative team environment
— Act as mentor to Interiors staff including assisting Director/ Managing Principal in decision making concerning selection, training
— Review the performance and remuneration of team members, together with input from Principals or other senior team members
— Report to Managing Director and Principal on activities and initiatives of the group.

-2-5 years working experience in urban design/Master planning in China and oversea.
-Bachelor or Master degree in urban design/planning or in architecture/landscape –prefer multi-skill
- A good team worker with design skill, pro-active, reliable, independent, & trustworthy.
- CAD, Photoshop/Indesign/Illustrator, Sketch-up skills are required.
資深景觀設計師 –北京
1. 園林、風景園林本科及以上學歷；至少7年以上工作經(jīng)驗；
2. 出色的方案設計能力和手繪能力及較強的文案撰寫能力。獨立負責景觀項目方案至擴初階段設計工作，并有指導施工圖設計和現(xiàn)場配合的能力；】
3. 專業(yè)知識豐富，有較強的審美能力；
4. 英文口語流利，能與外籍設計師進行溝通。
資深室內設計師-北京
從事室內設計工作6 - 10年,有酒店設計項目工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先； 要求有一定的設計能力；熟悉施工工藝 及施工圖的制作； 有一定的團隊領導及合作經(jīng)驗；
熟練掌握AutoCAD軟件的操作, 熟悉Photoshop, 3D Max, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suites軟件
