除此之外，目前我司可持續(xù)發(fā)展中心（CSC）上海團(tuán)隊(duì)正在招募Principal Consultant and Team Leader的職位，具體職位信息如下：
The AECOM China Sustainability Center (CSC) provides innovative policy, strategy and planning solutions to China’s development challenges. The proposed Principal Consultant would help lead the Shanghai CSC team and work closely with the management team of CSC in Beijing.
Responsibilities:
· Leads projects that are medium to large in size: responsible for financial management of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and that the project stays on schedule and staff are working together effectively
· Plays key role in client management and client satisfaction
· Manages the presentation and development of deliverables
· Business development and assist in proposal writing
· Recruit and manage a multidisciplinary team
· Develops innovative solutions to complex, multidisciplinary planning projects
· Frequent travel may be required
Requirements:
· Ability to lead diverse team of design professionals from around the world focusing on strong communication and team leadership abilities.
· Masters degree in Economics, Urban Planning, or related disciplines
· 8-10 years of prior experience as Team Leader/ Lead Consultant
· Good English communication skills essential； fluency in Mandarin required,
· Strong computer skills of Microsoft Office Suite. Skills in Photoshop, InDesign and other graphic software are a plus.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
