履行具體指派的工作任務(wù)，包括對(duì)室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)原則和應(yīng)用的評(píng)估、選擇、實(shí)施、修改和運(yùn)用等進(jìn)行判斷，參與功能空間規(guī)劃分析、方案設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)電協(xié)調(diào)、成本分析、規(guī)范調(diào)研、設(shè)計(jì)深化、施工文件、技術(shù)規(guī)范和材料調(diào)研、文件審核、以及匯報(bào)材料準(zhǔn)備、建模和施工管理。
主要職責(zé):
設(shè)計(jì)類(lèi)
· 準(zhǔn)備平立剖設(shè)計(jì)圖紙、天花反向圖、細(xì)工家具設(shè)計(jì)圖、家具布置圖、飾面平面，及顏色及材料表等。
· 能夠理解建筑設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程，并和室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)概念相結(jié)合
· 嫻熟運(yùn)用基本設(shè)計(jì)元素，如：比例、顏色、燈光、紋理和尺度。
· 進(jìn)行顏色/飾面/材料方面調(diào)研和選擇。
· 準(zhǔn)備向業(yè)主匯報(bào)的材料和模型
· 遵循公司和項(xiàng)目在設(shè)計(jì)、執(zhí)行和可持續(xù)性方面提出的卓越水準(zhǔn)目標(biāo)。
技術(shù)類(lèi)
· 提供功能空間規(guī)劃分析報(bào)告和面積計(jì)算書(shū)。
· 準(zhǔn)備施工圖文件，包括設(shè)計(jì)平立剖大樣、家具布置圖、尺寸表、飾面圖、顏色圖、材料表和天花平面等。
· 參與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)分析，包括現(xiàn)狀情況勘查和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)量工作。
· 針對(duì)家具系統(tǒng)和飾面材料進(jìn)行廠商調(diào)研工作，提供選材選型的成本預(yù)算報(bào)告
· 參與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)，監(jiān)督施工進(jìn)度。
· 按照帕金斯威爾公司《項(xiàng)目交付手冊(cè)》來(lái)履行工作職責(zé)

Interior Designer II
SHANGHAI
Performs specific assignments, exercising judgment in evaluation, selection, adaptation, modification and application of interior design principles and applications, under general direction including programming and space planning analysis, schematic design, design development, engineering systems coordination, cost analysis, code research, design development, construction documents, specifications and materials research, document checking, including preparation of presentation materials, model building and construction administration.
DESIGN
· Prepares design plans, elevations and details, reflected ceiling plans, millwork design, furniture layouts, finish plans, color plans and schedules.
· Demonstrates understanding of the architectural design process and integration of interior design concepts.
· Manipulates basic design elements such as proportion, color, light, texture & scale.
· Provides color/finish/material research and selection.
· Prepares presentation materials and models for client presentations.
· Adheres to firm and project goals of excellence in design, execution, and sustainability.
TECHNICAL
· Provides programming and space planning analysis and area calculations.
· Prepares contract documents, including design plans, elevations and details, furniture layouts, ergonomic dimensions, finish plans, color plans, finish schedules and ceiling plans.
· Participates in site analysis, including survey of existing conditions and field measurements.
· Researches manufacturers for furniture system and finish materials, providing budget cost for selections.
· Participates in field observations to monitor construction process.
· Performs tasks according to Perkins+Will Project Delivery Manual.
MANAGEMENT
· Organizes and plans accordingly to execute tasks.
· Checks own work for accuracy, omissions and legibility.
· May coordinate consultants and vendors assignments.
Essential Job Requirements:
EDUCATION Professional Degree in Interior Design or related discipline
EXPERIENCE 3-6 years
Experience in application of interior design principles and theory
Fundamental experience in programming, planning principles, materials and furnishings
Effective CAD, 3D computer modeling and graphic design
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative and professional work ethic
LEED AP or within 6 months of hire
Preparing for NCIDQ exam

Seeking talented and creative Architects at junior to intermediate level (2-5 yrs experience) for our China projects. Candidates must possess strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. All candidates must possess excellent conceptual skills and the ability to represent architecture in plan, section, elevation and via 3D modeling. Candidates should understand the phases of design in China. Experience with sustainable design and LEED AP accreditation a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD, ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is required. PROJECT MANAGER
SHANGHAI
Candidates will coordinate, organize and lead project teams for multiple, large-scale projects. Responsibilities include involvement from schematic design through construction on projects, reviewing shop drawings and related submittals, coordinating consultants in all phases, and directing the production of construction documents, drawings and specifications.
Ideal candidates will have a professional degree in architecture and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience. Additionally, candidates should have an understanding of life safety codes, ADA compliance and the permitting process. AutoCAD required. Revit experience a plus. License and LEED AP strongly preferred.
