URBAN DESIGNER - SHANGHAI
Responsibilities
Supports Project Designer and Project Architect in project design and production
Assists Project Manager to address client budgets and needs
Interfaces with client, consultant, service provider and HOK collaborating offices on technical communication
Provides support to marketing team on new prospects when required
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree, Associate Degree or above in Architecture, Urban Design, or Urban Planning; a graduate degree is preferred
Working experience of 2- 5 years in Urban Design or Planning is required
Interest and passion towards Urban Design/Planning throughout Asia
Capable of handling urban design and planning exercises
Able to work in a team
Good communication skills
Outgoing, well organized and self-motivated
Willing to travel
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Sketchup with knowledge of GIS, Ecotect etc.– Candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills
Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is required
