Intermediate architect
中級建筑師
Responsibilities
· To assist the project leader in design processes and take an active role in the design development of projects.
· Aid in the development of conceptual design solutions to any design problems, coordination with the client, consultants and authorities. Also to provide assistance to the Project Leader and Project Director in presentations.
· Undertake thorough research of both the client’s needs and requirements and other similar or related projects to gain a full understanding of the design problems and parameters.
職責(zé)
· 協(xié)助項(xiàng)目主管共同完成設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)并且在項(xiàng)目深化階段起到積極的作用
· 協(xié)助解決概念設(shè)計(jì)方案中的各種設(shè)計(jì)問題，與客戶、顧問和相關(guān)部門協(xié)調(diào)。并協(xié)助項(xiàng)目主管和項(xiàng)目總監(jiān)進(jìn)行匯報。
· 充分研究客戶的需求和以及其他項(xiàng)目相關(guān)事宜，以便充分理解設(shè)計(jì)問題。
Requirements
· Degree holder in architecture from recognized institution
· Demonstrated creative design & experience in large commercial projects
· Strong conceptual design, communication and presentation skills
· 2-4 years post graduate experience
· Command of spoken & written Mandarin and English (preferred)
· Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and hand sketching (Rhino and Rivet an advantage)
要求
· 建筑設(shè)計(jì)本科以上學(xué)歷
· 大型商業(yè)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)的能力及經(jīng)驗(yàn)
· 優(yōu)秀的概念設(shè)計(jì)，溝通及匯報能力
· 畢業(yè)后，2-4年行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
· 優(yōu)秀的中文表達(dá)能力，英文好者優(yōu)先
· 熟練的軟件應(yīng)用能力，AutoCAD, Sketch up和手繪草圖能力（會使用Rhino者優(yōu)先）
Junior architectural designer

Responsibilities
· Work closely with the architectural designer.
· Collaborate with other global studios
· Report to studio management

Requirements

· Team skills, keen in sharing design innovations
· Strong detailing skills-Sketch and 3d skills, Rhino and advantage
· Familiar with 2D and 3D graphic and presentation software
· Strong communication skills and conversant in Mandarin and English are preferable
