徵才項(xiàng)目與條件
主任建筑師
任職資格：
1、建筑學(xué)專業(yè)且從事建筑本專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)工作六年以上；
2、具海外留學(xué)或工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3、具有良好的方案設(shè)計(jì)及創(chuàng)新能力；
4、熟悉大型公建、住宅及旅游度假項(xiàng)目建筑流程，掌握前期到施工竣工等各個(gè)階段的相關(guān)技術(shù)問(wèn)題；
5、熟悉建筑設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)流程、知識(shí)、行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、各工程專業(yè)技術(shù)、熟練使用相關(guān)的計(jì)算機(jī) 軟件；
6、熟悉工作流程各階段的相關(guān)配合工作良好的溝通能力、協(xié)調(diào)管理能力；
7、熟悉本地建筑規(guī)范及建筑法規(guī)，具一級(jí)注冊(cè)建筑師資格；
8、認(rèn)真、細(xì)致、沉穩(wěn)、正直、有工作激情、能夠承受工作壓力，具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
9、有類似國(guó)際建筑公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
Director Architect:?
Experience/skills:
1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, min. 6 years architectural design experience.
2. Have foreign study or work experience.
3. Strong architecture conceptual design and creative abilities.
4. Have a good knowledge of working process of large-scale commercials, residential and resorts, and technique issues mastery from pre-design to completion as well.?
5. Know well architectural design process, related knowledge, field development trend, professional skills and proficiency with related computer programs.?
6. Good coordination, communication and management capabilities
7. Familiar with local cods and regulations of building, having registered?architect?qualification.
8. Earnest, thorough, honest, passionate for work, strong team spirit and can perform under pressure.
9. Priority?of?work experience?in?similar international?construction company
建筑師
應(yīng)聘條件：
1. 全日制院校建筑學(xué)/城市規(guī)劃專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
2. 3年及以上建筑設(shè)計(jì)院工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. 有濃厚的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)，良好的設(shè)計(jì)理念和較強(qiáng)的方案設(shè)計(jì)及手繪表現(xiàn)能力，徒手表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)者為佳；
4. 有極強(qiáng)的敬業(yè)精神、責(zé)任心以及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；
5. 熟練使用AutoCAD、SketchUp、Photoshop等軟件，英文熟練者尤佳。
Architect
Qualifications and Key Skills:

應(yīng)聘條件：
1. 知名院校建筑學(xué)／城市規(guī)劃專業(yè)；

4、具有良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、溝通交流能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，工作責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，能長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定工作
5、英語(yǔ)流利能與外籍設(shè)計(jì)師直接溝通
室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師
1、設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷，或此專業(yè)的海外留學(xué)人士
2、三年以上全職工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，主持或參與過(guò)大型項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)，作品包含酒店，會(huì)所等尤佳

4、具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和溝通交流能力，工作責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，對(duì)室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)有高度熱忱者
5、具備英文溝通能力者優(yōu)先
室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)習(xí)生
1. 知名院校室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)；
2. 有較強(qiáng)的方案設(shè)計(jì)能力及手繪表現(xiàn)能力和創(chuàng)新思維；

效果圖設(shè)計(jì)師
1、建筑學(xué)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷
2、三年以上專業(yè)效果圖設(shè)計(jì)及制作工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)建筑外墻材質(zhì)了解， 具備上色技巧及美感
3、熟練操作AutoCAD, 3DMax, Sketch up, Photoshop及其他相關(guān)專業(yè)軟件
4、具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和溝通交流能力，工作責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，能長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定工作
