工作描述：
工作職責
· 管理，組織和協(xié)調(diào)項目成員和項目任務(wù)，以出色地完成在亞洲和中東的建筑項目
· 作為公司與客戶，NDA的合作伙伴，NDA的分供方等的主要聯(lián)系人
· 為跟進項目進行對內(nèi)和對外機構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)和交流的推進作用
· 理解客戶的需求并用簡短明了的語言跟團隊成員描述
· 管理和控制項目的時間以及相關(guān)的預(yù)算
· 主持與客戶的會議，參與與客戶的討論并采取相應(yīng)的行動；主持SOM 內(nèi)部項目會議，集 中討論你項目進展，項目階段，項目交付程度，員工以及項目協(xié)調(diào)
· 其他的職責包括：對于建筑項目的結(jié)構(gòu)性的設(shè)計，對制圖效果的回顧，以及相關(guān)文件的遞交，跟咨詢商在所有層面層面的溝通，指導(dǎo)建筑圖紙的制圖以及跟隨效果等

You have a minimum of eight years’ experience in architecture, including preferably two-year experience in an international company or you are simply exceptional! With excellent management skills, you can be a real mentor for junior team members, giving relevant feedback and pushing team members forward in their career. Job Description
As a project manager, you will manage, organize and coordinate project teams and team assignments, making sure the right resources are allocated, to accomplish architectural projects in Asia and in Middle East. You will be overlooking the whole design process, manage design ideas, design development, construction drawings and projects’ follow-up, to name but a few of your tasks. You will also be in charge of liaising with our clients throughout the whole project and feedback relevant project information to the team.
Key responsibilities
· Manage, organize and coordinate project teams and team assignments to complete architectural projects in Asia and in the Middle East
· Serve as the primary contact with clients, partners, company’s department heads, contractors and Vendors
· Coordinate activity and communications both internally and externally for projects’ follow-up
· Understand client requirements and brief the team accordingly
· Manage project schedules and related budgets
· Chair client meetings and minute discussions and manage key related actions； chair SOM internal project meetings focusing on progress, milestones, deliverables, staffing, and coordination
Experience / Skills required
· At least eight years working experience in Architecture Company
· Bachelor degree or above, major in Architecture
· Two years experience of working with multinational companies is a plus
· Excellent communication skills
· Fluent oral English skills
Language(s) required
· Ability to communicate fluently in English (both written and oral skills)
· Chinese is native language

· Coordinate with LDI (Local Design Institute) to realize the projects until construction follow up on the site
