W&R International Design Group is one of the largest and most influential architectural planning and design companies in the United States. It was set up by the famous architecture professor William White in 1964 who graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Master’s of Engineering degree. It was registered as a limited company in 1984 and officially named as W&R International Design Group in 1992. Over the last 40-odd years, W&R International Group has established an international reputation in Europe, the United States, and Asia for its outstanding design, fine quality, and noble professional ethics.
W&R International Design Group specializes in architectural planning and design, traffic/transportation planning, urban design, engineering management, construction supervision, and so on. It is a famous partnership enterprise. W&R Group, headquartered in Chicago, has established wholly-owned subsidiaries in Shanghai.
Working Mode
All projects are taken in-charge by senior planners, architects, and landscape designers with a powerful design team in the United States. At the same time, the local work-site service of its wholly-owned subsidiaries strengthens the close contact with the owners.
Members
W&R International Design Group consists of three main partners, including Professor William White, and includes more than 100 experienced planners, architects, and landscape designers. These designers have a rich experience and a consummate level of design, they are active in global architecture, and have been attracting wide attention in Europe and America.

美國W&R國際設(shè)計集團有限公司是從事建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計、景觀設(shè)計、交通/運輸規(guī)劃、都市設(shè)計、工程管理等專業(yè)的合伙人制設(shè)計公司。其總部設(shè)于美國的芝加哥并在中國上海設(shè)有外商獨資公司。

每個項目均由美國總部資深規(guī)劃師、建筑師及景觀設(shè)計師親自主持，規(guī)劃、建筑及景觀各專業(yè)同步進行、默契配合，佐以陣容雄厚的設(shè)計團隊，與其設(shè)在上海的中國公司攜手，從而加強了與業(yè)主的緊密聯(lián)絡(luò)。

美國W&R國際設(shè)計集團有限公司由三位主要合伙人及近百位經(jīng)驗豐富、實力雄厚的規(guī)劃師、建筑師和景觀設(shè)計師組成。設(shè)計師均具有數(shù)十年豐富經(jīng)驗及精湛的設(shè)計水平，他們的優(yōu)秀作品遍布世界各地。

1999年設(shè)計項目美國東南路易斯安那大學(xué)總體規(guī)劃獲得美國建筑師協(xié)會（AIA）年度榮譽獎；
2003年設(shè)計項目美國華盛頓州溫哥華市濱水區(qū)總體規(guī)劃設(shè)計獲得美國建筑師協(xié)會（AIA）優(yōu)秀設(shè)計榮譽獎；
2003年設(shè)計項目加拿大卑詩省高貴林市弗雷澤米爾度假村建筑設(shè)計獲得美國建筑師學(xué)會（AIA）榮譽獎；
2005年設(shè)計項目美國路易斯安那州綜合辦公樓建筑設(shè)計獲得美國建筑師學(xué)會（AIA）年度榮譽獎、美國砌體工程雜志“年度最佳建筑物獎”；
2007年設(shè)計項目美國芝加哥市公共學(xué)校設(shè)計獲得美國建筑師協(xié)會（AIA）可持續(xù)發(fā)展建筑特別獎；
2007年因設(shè)計卡塔爾“珍珠島”綜合社區(qū)總體規(guī)劃而獲得美國國家建筑師協(xié)會（AIA）杰出設(shè)計師獎；
2007年設(shè)計項目美國德克薩斯州國土安全部（海關(guān)邊境保護局）建筑設(shè)計獲得美國建筑師學(xué)會（AIA）最佳設(shè)計獎；
2008年設(shè)計項目中國江蘇省蘇州市唯亭體育及文化藝術(shù)館建筑設(shè)計獲得美國建筑師學(xué)會（AIA）最佳創(chuàng)意設(shè)計獎；
2008年設(shè)計項目印度世界城濱水社區(qū)方案獲得美國國家建筑師協(xié)會（AIA）SFC年度優(yōu)秀設(shè)計獎；
2009年設(shè)計項目中國南京“九島夢都城”小區(qū)規(guī)劃與建筑獲得城市花園獎項優(yōu)異獎（住宅區(qū)類別）優(yōu)秀設(shè)計獎；
2011年江蘇海門“江城•逸品國際社區(qū)”規(guī)劃設(shè)計方案榮獲“第八屆中國人居典范建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計方案競賽”規(guī)劃設(shè)計金獎；
