項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理助理
Junior Project Manager
· Full time position in Shanghai, reporting directly to the Foreign leader of the Project Management team
. Assisting in implementing the full range of detailed project management tasks during the whole project cycle, such as:
. Project budgeting, project planning, meeting minuting, etc.
. Sourcing products and services, organizing tenders, reviewing offers and concluding contracts
. Interfacing with Clients, Architects & Designers, Contractors, Government Organizations, etc.
. Managing project filing, accounting, payments, invoicing, etc.
. Coordinating contractors on site, and reporting work progress
. Assisting with translation and interpretation (CH-EN-CH) when required.
. This position is intended to grow into a more senior and autonomous Project Manager role in the medium term
Position Requirements:
. Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Engineering or other related fields
· At least 3 years working experience in Project Management or related fields, in a Foreign related environment, ideally in the architecture/ID industry
. Chinese native speaker, good command in English and Mandarin
. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
. Excellent Time Management skills and ability to work under pressure
. Fluent in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc., AutoCAD would be a plus
. Strong sense of responsibility, motivated and willing to travel.

- Translate documents into the required language ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Provide interpretation support so as to facilitate expatriate’s communication of conference call or meeting and daily work
