UAD北京分部都市架構(gòu)建筑設(shè)計公司目前因業(yè)務(wù)需要，誠邀富有熱情的建筑師加入我們的團(tuán)隊。UAD 北京公司目前業(yè)務(wù)以大型共建為主，同時也涉及部分居住項目的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計。
Foreign Architect
外籍建筑師
1. Passionate for architectural design. Major in Architecture, Bachelor degree or above the one with overseas education backgrounds.
2. Over 4 years design experience in architects firms, focusing on large scale public buildings such as commercial and complex projects, within China experience will be priority.
3. With strong sense of responsibility and good team-work spirit. Good command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
4. Fluency in English, Chinese will be a plus. Good communication skill and presentation skill.
項目建筑師
1. 建筑學(xué)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，5年以上工作經(jīng)驗；
2. 優(yōu)秀的方案創(chuàng)作能力；
3. 全職大型甲級設(shè)計院工作經(jīng)驗，有過豐富的建成各類公建和住宅項目經(jīng)驗，精通項目從初步設(shè)計到施工圖設(shè)計的具體工作，同時熟悉和各專業(yè)在各階段的配合工作。具備帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊完成從方案設(shè)計到施工配合全過程的工作經(jīng)驗；
4. 熟悉國家及地方的相關(guān)設(shè)計規(guī)范，并具備在方案設(shè)計中把握規(guī)范的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗；
5. 熟練應(yīng)用AutoCad，Sketchup,Photoshop等專業(yè)軟件；
6. 強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和良好的團(tuán)隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力；
具有國家一級注冊建筑師專業(yè)資質(zhì)，良好的建筑表現(xiàn)及英語表達(dá)能力者優(yōu)先
主創(chuàng)建筑師
1.建筑學(xué)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
2.3年以上主創(chuàng)設(shè)計師工作經(jīng)驗；
3.具有較強(qiáng)方案設(shè)計能力，能夠作為骨干完成項目的方案設(shè)計工作
4.有大型甲級設(shè)計院或境外建筑事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
建筑設(shè)計師：
1、本科以上學(xué)歷，建筑學(xué)專業(yè)及相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、具有二年以上建筑設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗；
3、能進(jìn)行施工圖或方案設(shè)計；
4、具有良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力；
5、熟練使用AutoCAD Photoshop等相關(guān)設(shè)計軟件；
6、熟悉Revit軟件者優(yōu)先；
7、具有極強(qiáng)的敬業(yè)精神、責(zé)任心以及團(tuán)隊合作精神。
設(shè)計師助理：
1、建筑及相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
2、具有良好的美學(xué)知識和繪圖等專業(yè)技能；
3、能熟練使用AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketchup、Illustrator、InDesign 等軟件；
4、具有良好的溝通能力和合作精神誠實(shí)正直、勤奮敬業(yè)。
