項目經(jīng)理

應聘者需具備協(xié)調(diào)、組織和帶領項目設計團隊完成多個大型項目的能力。
其職責將包括推進項目從建筑概念設計直至施工階段的一系列工作，審閱施工圖和相關遞交材料，負責與各項專業(yè)顧問協(xié)調(diào)，以及指導施工圖設計和相關規(guī)范的核實。
應聘者需建筑專業(yè)本科以上學歷，最少8年工作經(jīng)驗。應聘者還需熟悉安全防火規(guī)范、無障礙通行規(guī)范以及相關審批流程。應聘者需會操作AutoCAD， 會Revit者更佳。優(yōu)先考慮注冊建筑師和通過LEED AP考核的建筑師。

SENIOR URBAN DESIGNER

Seeking talented, innovative Urban Designer at senior level (10-15 years experience) for our China urban design projects. All candidates must possess the ability to play a leadership role in representing our Shanghai urban design discipline and identifying and securing future work. Candidates must possess strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. Candidates must have experience with large scale architecture or urban design projects, preferably in China. Candidates should understand the structure of design projects in China and be ready to communicate with institutes, professional and civic organizations. ARCHITECT

Seeking talented and creative Architects at junior to intermediate level (2-5 yrs experience) for our China projects. Candidates must possess strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. All candidates must possess excellent conceptual skills and the ability to represent architecture in plan, section, elevation and via 3D modeling. Candidates should understand the phases of design in China. Experience with sustainable design and LEED AP accreditation a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD, ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is required. Ability to model in Rhino or 3Dmax or Revit and/or Ecotect is required. Proficiency in English is required.

PROJECT MANAGER
SHANGHAI
Candidates will coordinate, organize and lead project teams for multiple, large-scale projects. Responsibilities include involvement from schematic design through construction on projects, reviewing shop drawings and related submittals, coordinating consultants in all phases, and directing the production of construction documents, drawings and specifications.
Ideal candidates will have a professional degree in architecture and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience. Additionally, candidates should have an understanding of life safety codes, ADA compliance and the permitting process. AutoCAD required. Revit experience a plus. License and LEED AP strongly preferred.
