A marketing coordinator is the key producer of materials that support Gensler’s direct business development efforts. They work under the direction of senior office staff and a regional marketing leader to write, design and produce proposals, presentations and other material used to help the firm win work and also support the general activities of the office/regional marketing studio such as awards, PR, information management, etc.

The Technical Director will be responsible for:
The Technical Director will be a unique individual, equipped with the background and skills to assist the firm with their goal of producing projects of the highest technical caliber, operating with direct project involvement, and involved with mentoring and motivational leadership.
The Technical Director will be the leader in the Shanghai office responsible for technology advocacy and should have a sophisticated understanding of the relationship between architectural design and building technology, as well as a conviction that it something doesn't work technically, then it can't work architecturally.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
Candidates should have extensive experience with design and delivery of large-scale, programmatically complex projects in the corporate, commercial, and institutional market sectors, especially high-rise buildings.

Contracts Manager 法務(wù)合同管理– Shanghai
The Contracts Manager is part of Gensler’s corporate Legal Department. The position is located in Gensler’s Shanghai office and reports to the General Counsel in San Francisco.
