A marketing coordinator is the key producer of materials that support Gensler’s direct business development efforts. The Technical Director will be the leader in the Shanghai office responsible for technology advocacy and should have a sophisticated understanding of the relationship between architectural design and building technology, as well as a conviction that it something doesn't work technically, then it can't work architecturally. The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
Candidates should have extensive experience with design and delivery of large-scale, programmatically complex projects in the corporate, commercial, and institutional market sectors, especially high-rise buildings. Candidates should be articulate and have the ability to work and lead effectively in a team environment. Contracts Manager 法務(wù)合同管理– Shanghai
The Contracts Manager is part of Gensler’s corporate Legal Department. The position is located in Gensler’s Shanghai office and reports to the General Counsel in San Francisco. The Contracts Manager is responsible for contract review and negotiation, ongoing project support for legal/contractual issues, liaising between local management and the corporate Legal Department and outside legal counsel.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide contract support for offices within China, which presently include Shanghai and Beijing and the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau. Prepare proposal responses related to contract terms and conditions and insurance requirements. Support contract negotiation as needed. Prepare form documents and project correspondence. Liaise with the Regional Counsel and outside legal counsel as needed for legal research and claims support. Support issuance and renewal of local practice licenses/registrations.
