Boston International Design Group was set up in 2004. It continued the highest international standard design reputation of the Stubbins Associates of American, and headquartered in Massachusetts Avenue Cambridge, MA, USA, where adjacent to the famous Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The main founders and designers of the company are all from these two schools, that’s why BIDG is full of collegial atmosphere.
BIDG has been committed to matching project planning and designing with requirements of customers as much as it could. Our main purpose is to share high standards of professional design and academic achievements with customers and partners. We do not focus separately on creating unique aesthetic style for our works, but aim to provide outstanding designs with equal partnership, positive work to our customers and make the ultimate economic benefits. Our design projects around the world have gone beyond the geographic and cultural boundaries, and are based on values and interest, which mainly include respecting local history and culture to a large extent. We make substantial contribution to local urban environment through planning and designing； customers will get excellence design based on their needs and expectations through our cooperation. This allows us to establish long-term cooperation with the customers and even over 30 years for some customers. Every time we accepted a design commission, we discuss and adjust with customers over and over again to ensure that every new building can be a unique and unforgettable one.
Our creativity cannot be separated with fully understanding of customers’ whole intention. Site condition and interests of customers and the society are two important factors, new site condition and different requirements from customers make every project very special. We are never limited to a specific model of certain type, but find the most appropriate solution with combined analysis of a series of factors like context, economy, social opportunities, etc. Therefore, o we are always exceeding ourselves and innovating in our projects.
招聘職位：
一，建筑師
任職資格：
1、建筑學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2、3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備方案深化能力，對(duì)建筑設(shè)計(jì)有愛好和熱情，富有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，能夠在主任建筑師的指導(dǎo)下完成設(shè)計(jì)工作；
3、具有良好的建筑美學(xué)認(rèn)知，手繪能力較強(qiáng)者優(yōu)先，了解設(shè)計(jì)中常用建筑法規(guī)，具有研究、創(chuàng)新精神；
4、熟練操作AutoCAD，Photoshop，Sketch Up等專業(yè)軟件。
二，助理建筑師
任職資格：
1、大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷以上（含），建筑學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、精通CAD、Photoshop等常用軟件；
3、熟悉國(guó)內(nèi)建筑相關(guān)規(guī)范；
4、具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，積極主動(dòng)地協(xié)助設(shè)計(jì)師參與設(shè)計(jì)工作；
5、至少1年相關(guān)專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或5年制建筑學(xué)本科實(shí)習(xí)生。
三，規(guī)劃師
任職資格：
1、城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)本科及以上畢業(yè)，具有3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、具備豐富的專業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)和較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)能力，能獨(dú)立地處理和解決問題；
3、熟悉國(guó)家建筑、城市規(guī)劃專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范；
4、具有一定的方案評(píng)審、圖紙審核能力；
5、有美術(shù)基礎(chǔ)和手繪能力，可以控制圖面表達(dá)和排版布局的整體效果；
6、熟練使用各種辦公軟件和相關(guān)專業(yè)軟件（如：AutoCAD、Office、Photoshop）；
7、有較好的文字功底較、語言、圖面表達(dá)能力。
四，景觀師
任職資格：
1、環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、風(fēng)景園林或相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、3年（含）以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、有2年以上的景觀方案總圖設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，參與過大型住宅及公共景觀設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目，有優(yōu)秀的景觀總平面圖方案設(shè)計(jì)能力，手繪設(shè)計(jì)能力強(qiáng)；
4、有一定擴(kuò)初設(shè)計(jì)能力包括場(chǎng)地標(biāo)高豎向設(shè)計(jì)和鋪裝、小品細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì)能力，能獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)景觀項(xiàng)目方案至擴(kuò)初階段設(shè)計(jì)工作，并有指導(dǎo)施工圖設(shè)計(jì)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)配合的能力；
5、熟練掌握PS、Sketchup、CAD等操作軟件；
6、有責(zé)任心，工作主動(dòng)積極，能適應(yīng)外企高效率的工作環(huán)境并主動(dòng)配合國(guó)外設(shè)計(jì)專家，聽從公司指導(dǎo)，具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及合作精神。
五，渲染師
任職資格：
1、色彩感覺好，熟練使用3DMAX,photoshop等相關(guān)軟件工具，熟悉MAX各種渲染插件；
2、3年以上從事建筑室外渲染工作；
3、有較好的美術(shù)功底；
4、有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神和溝通能力；
六，建模師
任職資格：
1、熟練掌握3dsmax、CAD等軟件；
2、有3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、有較強(qiáng)的理解能力，具備建筑基本知識(shí)，熟練閱讀建筑圖紙；
4、建模手法多樣靈活，軟件掌握深入，工作條理性強(qiáng)，對(duì)建筑的理解透徹，能迅速把握設(shè)計(jì)意圖，具有一定輔助設(shè)計(jì)的能力；
5、良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)及服務(wù)理念，吃苦耐勞，良好的職業(yè)道德及文化修養(yǎng)。
