General Manager
Beijing
1、Bachelor or above in architecture. More than 15 years of work experience in architectural design. Candidates with international education and work experience are preferred.
2、Knowledge in corporate management, marketing, financial management, and human resources management etc. Minimum 5 years of business experience in a senior management role in a joint venture or foreign-invested enterprise.
3、Proficiency in Chinese and English, both oral and written.
4、Excellent leadership and execution, outstanding communication skills, organizational, coordination and learning capabilities, with keen insights.
5、Familiarity with National Policy Act in the architectural construction sector, with the ability to maintain sound working relationship with related governmental agencies.

Retail General Manager
Beijing
1、Requires a thorough understanding of a wide range of retail environments: all categories and all services. Requires a fully skilled professional who is capable of working independently and as a part of a broader global team.
2、Bachelors or Masters Degree in related field.
3、Minimum of 15 years experience in the retail industry working with multinational retail group’s China operations

5、At least 5 years experience in the whole process of architectural design (program, preliminary design and shop drawing).

Position: Graphic Designer（平面設計師）
· Work on signage & way-finding system design, interior & exterior.
· Designs and produces a wide range of marketing materials including presentations, announcements, brochures and web components using PowerPoint, graphic boards, proposals, charts, graphs or other media,.
· Develops collateral material and templates, working within an established system.
· Interprets and applies brand standards consistently to all materials produced.
· Collaborates with internal clients to develop graphic design approaches for materials, programs, and presentations necessary to accomplish marketing/business plan goals.

Position: Marketing specialist
· Work with peer as a team to co-development marketing collaterals (e.g. cut sheet / presentation / proposal etc), categorize and file in a structured marketing internal database.
· Work as focal point / librarian to all incoming-enquires regarding marketing collaterals, supply in-needed cut sheets, images, design works for BD and marketing activities.
· Establish and maintain business development prospect database, ensure prompt and in-time information supply to marketing manager and principles.
· Work as Callison China website as well as intranet admin, ensure they are properly managed and updated。
· Act as translator and interpreter where it is needed.
· Provide administrative support to marketing team
