A. Maintain Products Database: the Products Database serves as an electronic resource for manufacturers’ products, bringing together product information from the following collections:

Summary: This position is responsible for providing graphic design services for Signage & Way-Finding / Marketing. This experienced graphic design professional will work closely with the Graphics/Brand Manager and collaborate with Marketing and Communications team members and studio/practice leaders to develop creative graphic solutions while ensuring quality and consistency of materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)
· Work on signage & way-finding system design, interior & exterior.
· Designs and produces a wide range of marketing materials including presentations, announcements, brochures and web components using PowerPoint, graphic boards, proposals, charts, graphs or other media,.
· Develops collateral material and templates, working within an established system.
· Interprets and applies brand standards consistently to all materials produced.
· Collaborates with internal clients to develop graphic design approaches for materials, programs, and presentations necessary to accomplish marketing/business plan goals.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
· Three years experience in signage & way-finding design in an architecture or interior design company.
· Five years graphics experience in a marketing/communications related environment.

· Advanced typography, print production and preflight skills.

7、敬業(yè)踏實(shí)，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
8、精通CAD及PHOTOSHOP等軟件，精通REVIT及INDESIGN者優(yōu)先；
9、熟練的中英文口語及書面表達(dá)能力；
10、持一級注冊建筑師資格證或海外相關(guān)執(zhí)業(yè)資格證優(yōu)先。
1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or urban planning from a top Chinese university or a reputable overseas university.
2. At least 5 years experience from a foreign-invested architectural firm or a Class-A design institute.
3. Experience in leading or participating in the design of large residential projects； the ability to accurately comprehend the project and the owner’s demand, with good communication and coordination skills.
4. Excellent design techniques and graphic skills.
5. At least 5 years experience in the whole process of architectural design (program, preliminary design and shop drawing).
6. A passion for architecture, excellent scheme creation and architectural creativity capability, with a keen intellect and active thinking.
7. Dedication with responsibility and a good teamwork spirit.
8. Proficiency in CAD and Photoshop, with proficiency in Revit and Indesign preferred.
9. Proficiency in Chinese and English, both oral and written.
10. Class-I Registrated Architect or equivalent professional certificate from overseas preferred.
