John Portman & Associates, Inc. (“JPA”, 約翰·波特曼建筑設(shè)計事務(wù)所) is an international architectural and engineering design firm with offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Shanghai, China. Established in 1953, JPA has over 50 years of expertise in designing hotels, universities, offices, trade marts, and mixed-use urban complexes. The firm provides design services in architecture, master planning, programming, structural engineering, and project management around the world.
With the design of Shanghai Centre, Portman became one of the first foreign firm to do work in China. JPA established Shanghai Representative Office in 1993 and a wholly owned foreign enterprise, Shanghai Portman Consulting Co., Ltd. (“SPCC”, 上海波特曼咨詢有限公司) in 2003.

Project Manager/Project Architect
1. Bachelor degree or above in Architecture
2. 5 or more years of experience of mixed-use project.
3. Ability to read, write and speak fluent Mandarin Chinese and English.
4. Class A registered architect preferred
5. Working experience with foreign design firm preferred
Project Director
1. Minimum Master's degree in architecture with Class A registered architect preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
2. Over 10 years of working experience in large scale construction documentation, registered architect a priority
3. Work experience with Western architecture firm and/or professional experience overseas preferred.
4. Proven knowledge of general architecture practices including programming, site planning, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering.
5. Thorough understanding of issues related to architectural design, drafting, detailing, and building materials, building codes, construction techniques and costs.
6. Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of employees, clients, consultants and vendors.
7. Demonstrated abilities in problem identification, problem solving and conflict resolution
8. Familiar with Authority Procedures related to the project
Architect
1. Bachelor degree in Architecture
2. 2 years working experience
3. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
Delineator/繪圖員
1. Diploma or above
2. More than 2 years experience in architectural design rendering and animation
3. Good at 3DMAX rendering, modeling
4. Familiar with Photoshop, CAD and other relevant design software tools
5. Good English language reading and writing ability
6. Being initiative and interesting of drafting work
Cashier
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting
2. More than 2 years working experience in related field
3. Monthly expense report preparation
4. Other tasks assigned by department manager
5. Good English language reading and writing ability
