工作描述:
1． 負(fù)責(zé)上海公司財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)工作。
2． 負(fù)責(zé)與公司總部就財(cái)務(wù)工作的溝通。
3． 負(fù)責(zé)管理公司項(xiàng)目合同
4． 兼做部分行政工作
5． 總經(jīng)理安排的其他工作
任職資格：
1． 本科及以上學(xué)歷, (會(huì)計(jì)相關(guān)專業(yè))
2． 熟練的中英文口頭及書面表達(dá)溝通能力，可以與外籍財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)進(jìn)行溝通。

Job title: Accountant
Report to: UK financial director and Shanghai general manager
Job description:
1. Be responsible for BM shanghai all financial related work
2. Be responsible for coordinating with BM UK financial director
3. Be responsible for managing BM shanghai project contract
4. Be responsible for some admin work
5. Other assignment required by general manager
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in account or relevant specialty
2. Fluent verbal and written language skills in both Mandarin and English,
3. Good skill of using Microsoft, especially excel.
4. Good work attitude, communication ability and professional team work spirit.
5. With foreign architecture company work experience will be a plus.
模型制作技術(shù)人員
-- 需有工作室工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)2年以上。
-- 能熟練閱讀建筑圖紙，較深刻理解建筑。
-- 熟練使用3dmax等相關(guān)軟件工具，能配合其它團(tuán)隊(duì)獨(dú)立完模型工作。
-- 掌握一定渲染技術(shù)，認(rèn)真細(xì)心的工作態(tài)度。
-- 有建筑類，藝術(shù)類或相關(guān)學(xué)歷和經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳，但不必須。
-- At least 2 years working experience in studio.
-- With deep understanding on architectural design.
-- With the independent working ability and cooperate with Design team, familiar with 3DMAX, AutoCad, SketchUp,Photoshop and other relative software,
