ARCHITECTURE 建筑設(shè)計部
SENIOR ARCHITECT 高級建筑師
Candidates should posses the following –
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years; Master's Degree preferred
Fluency in verbal and written English is required. Knowledge in Mandarin would be an advantage.
Current Architectural Registration
10+ years experience working with a highly regarded Architect or Foreign Architect on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Design, Documentation and Project Management
Graphic representation, team leadership, coordination and management skill, client service and communication skill are required.
LEED AP, experience in Sustainable Design and a good understanding of the principles of Green Building would be an advantage
ARCHITECT 建筑師
Candidates should posses the following –
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years

5-10 years experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute / Architect or Foreign Architect on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Design, Documentation and Project Management
A high level of proficiency in the following software - candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills
AUTOCAD and/or REVIT
ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
MICROSOFT OFFICE (incl Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Skills in 3D Studio Max or other 3D software would be an advantage
Outstanding 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills are essential
LEED AP, experience in Sustainable Design and a good understanding of the principles of Green Building would be an advantage

Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years.
Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English.
Successful completion of Grade 1 Registration Exams or the foreign equivalent.
Minimum 5 -10 years experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute / Architect or Foreign Architect on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Project Management.
A high level of proficiency in the following software - candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills
MICROSOFT OFFICE (incl Word, Excel, Power Point)
Working knowledge of AUTOCAD
Exceptional communication skills - with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities
Extensive experience in contract negotiations
Ability to plan and control projects under budget and on schedule
A thorough understanding of Chinese building regulations and practices
Extensive experience working with Chinese clients on Chinese projects
A good understanding of Sustainable Design and would be an advantage
PLANNING規(guī)劃設(shè)計部
SENIOR URBAN DESIGNER 高級規(guī)劃師
Candidates should posses the following –
Senior Urban Design professional with working experience in a team environment
8-10 years experience, including leading design teams on projects in Asia
Experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute/Architect, Foreign Architect or Urban Design firm on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Design, Documentation and Project Management, especially in landscape and/or urban design
Masters degree or above in Architecture, Landscape Architecture and/or Urban Design
A Bachelor's degree, Associate Degree or above in Architecture, Urban Design, or Planning
Successful completing of Registration or Licensing Exams or the foreign equivalent
Interest and Passion towards Urban Design/Planning projects in Asia is essential
Able to lead a team with good communication skills
Outgoing, well organized and self motivated
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Powerpoint, Word, Excel and 3D Max, with knowledge of Sketchup and GIS, - Candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills
Skills in 3D Studio Max or other 3D software would be an advantage
Outstanding 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills are essential
A thorough and well developed understanding of national and local planning regulations in various cities a plus
Must be able to direct design on large scale urban design and master planning projects ranging from mixed-use urban centres to large scale regional planning.
Ability to conduct client relations, coordinate consultants and lead the work is essential
Experience in sustainable design and a good understanding of the principles of Green Planning and Building Design would be an advantage
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) will be advantage
INTERIOR 室內(nèi)設(shè)計部
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER 高級室內(nèi)設(shè)計師
Minimum 8 years’ working experience in commercial, retail & hospitality experience required.
Ability to direct and lead design team from conceptual inception of project to project completion
Experience working in an international firm required
Strong verbal and graphic presentation skills required
Technical competency in CAD, Photoshop & Office software required?
LEED AP a plus
Spoken and Written English fluency required
Mandarin abilities a plus
MARKETING市場部
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 行政助理
Candidates should posses the following –
Equivalent of Bachelor's degree in marketing or design/technical related field
2 - 3 years experience in graphic design
Fluency in both verbal and written English & Mandarin
Strong computer, graphics, proofreading and editing skills.
Proficiency in the following software
ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
MICROSOFT OFFICE (incl Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Assist with copy writing and editing of marketing materials
Responsible for the implementation of corporate image program
Responsible for the maintenance of the image library
Liaison with clients, consultants, photographers, service bureaus, printers and suppliers
Prepares status reports on marketing efforts
Coordinates work with outside vendors (electronic transfer of data, reprographics, binding, etc. and consultants.)
Orders and maintains information useful in area of expertise
Performs research for others upon request
Technical resource and coordinator for projects, requests and presentations?
Prepares information and materials for submittals, presentations, and proposals
