建筑設(shè)計實習(xí)生
1、建筑設(shè)計或相關(guān)專業(yè)在校生，本科或以上
2、英語交流流暢
3、相關(guān)實習(xí)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
4、熟練操作Autocad, Rhino, SketchUp, PHOTOSHOP, INDESIGN等相關(guān)軟件
5、細(xì)心，有責(zé)任心，并且工作努力

2、英語口語流利，寫作流暢，能與外籍建筑設(shè)計師交流
3、至少5年以上建筑設(shè)計相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
4、了解相關(guān)建筑法規(guī)與條例，國家一級注冊建筑師優(yōu)先
5、熟悉建筑設(shè)計項目開展過程
6、有外資建筑設(shè)計公司工作背景優(yōu)先
7、熟練操作AutoCad, Photoshop, SketchUp, Indesign等相關(guān)軟件, 熟練操作Rhino優(yōu)先
8、細(xì)心，有責(zé)任心，并且工作努力
1、Major in architecture or related area, BA degree or above
2、English as one of the working languages of proficient level, both in writing and speaking
3、At least 5 years architectural design experience

工作描述:
1． 負(fù)責(zé)上海公司財務(wù)相關(guān)工作。
2． 負(fù)責(zé)與公司總部就財務(wù)工作的溝通。
3． 負(fù)責(zé)管理公司項目合同
4． 兼做部分行政工作
5． 總經(jīng)理安排的其他工作
任職資格：
1． 本科及以上學(xué)歷, (會計相關(guān)專業(yè))
2． 熟練的中英文口頭及書面表達(dá)溝通能力，可以與外籍財務(wù)總監(jiān)進(jìn)行溝通。
3． 熟練使用Microsoft office 辦公軟件,能夠根據(jù)不同需求,靈活運(yùn)用Excel 編輯展示各種需求.
4． 良好的工作態(tài)度、溝通能力、職業(yè)素質(zhì)和團(tuán)隊意識。
5． 有建筑設(shè)計行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。

Report to: UK financial director and Shanghai general manager
Job description:
1. Be responsible for BM shanghai all financial related work
2. Be responsible for coordinating with BM UK financial director
3. Be responsible for managing BM shanghai project contract
4. Be responsible for some admin work
5. Other assignment required by general manager
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in account or relevant specialty
2. Fluent verbal and written language skills in both Mandarin and English,
3. Good skill of using Microsoft, especially excel.
4. Good work attitude, communication ability and professional team work spirit.
5. With foreign architecture company work experience will be a plus.
