招聘職位（職位沒有限制）
一．方案建筑師
任職資格：
· 建筑學(xué)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
· 有3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，耐心細(xì)心；
· 有較強(qiáng)的方案創(chuàng)作能力，對建筑藝術(shù)有執(zhí)著的追求，思維敏銳、活躍、；
· 熟練使用相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)軟件；
· 良好的英語溝通能力；
· 細(xì)心嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，有良好的職業(yè)素質(zhì)、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神及溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；
· 有海外留學(xué)或工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
二． 施工圖建筑師
任職資格：
· 3年以上施工圖深化設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉施工圖制圖、設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范，對其它專業(yè)有概念性了解，思維嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，能獨(dú)立繪制施工圖；
· 精通AutoCad,SketchUp,天正等建筑應(yīng)用軟件；
· 人品端正，具有持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)新能力，富團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能獨(dú)立完成項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)管理工作，可在壓力下工作；
· 能準(zhǔn)確理解、把握項(xiàng)目及甲方的要求，善于溝通與表達(dá)，思維活躍，思路清晰，敬業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)；
· 能適應(yīng)出差。
三． 實(shí)習(xí)生
1. 建筑學(xué)專業(yè)及相關(guān)專業(yè)，優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生或大五在校學(xué)生；
2. 熱愛建筑，具有很強(qiáng)的個(gè)人責(zé)任感和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；
3. 英語熟練.
4. 熟練掌握Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office等辦公軟件；
5. 至少可保證實(shí)習(xí)3個(gè)月以上。
6. 知名院校學(xué)生優(yōu)先。

SYN Architecture Firm is an international architecture firm that keeps Asia and Europe in view. We focus on the study of architecture practice、architecture function and architecture space. SYN is founded in Germany in 2003 , then SYN opened the doors of a new branch in Beijing in 2004.Through the multifaceted and multi-layered cooperate with many Chinese architects and design institutes, we posses the ability of design the various types and depth design mission. We researched on different fields and realized our design during that time, for example, the various types of public building、business building、museum、public gallery and so on in cultural facilities、sports facilities and housing. Meantime, through work in close cooperation with our client, from the overall planning, we give our adequate attention to landscape design and interior design as well during the process of architecture design.
SYN Architecture Firm’s main guiding principle is provides the service of building whole-life design for the client. From conception to practice of design，we will build a close cooperation relation with our client to make the common architecture ideal come true.
1.Conceptual Architect
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or above
· 3-4 years of work experience in the field ，highly professional outlook and attitude
· Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills, enthusiastic on architecture design and open to new conceptions and work methods.
· Proficiency in design software
· Good communicate skill in English or Germany
· Strong attention to detail, strong responsibility and teamwork spirit, strong coordination and communication skills
· Overseas studying or working experience is preferred
2.Construction document architect (3 person)
Requirements:
· 3+ years’work experience in construction document field，familiarity the code of drawing and design of construction document, have a conceptual understanding of other specialized field, posses an exact thinker
· Good command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and TArch etc.
· Respectable, strong and continuous learning capability and creative ability, able to work independently and work in a team in the working of project design and management, able to work under pressure.
· Able to accurately understand and hold the requirement of project and client, good communication and presentation skill, possess active and clear thinking, highly professional outlook and attitude
· Frequent travel will be required
3.Internship
Requirements:
· Major in architecture or other major related to architecture, excellent fresh graduate or university student of fifth year.
· Love architecture, Strong sense of personal responsibility and team-work spirit；
· Fluency in English .
· Good command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
· Ensure to practice at least 3 months
· Famous college students is preferred.
