一、建筑設(shè)計(jì)主創(chuàng)
要求：名牌院校建筑學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，六年以上工作經(jīng)歷，有較強(qiáng)的方案能力，熟悉方案擴(kuò)初及施工圖流程，最好具有在境外事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，保底年薪六十萬元人民幣。
二、景觀設(shè)計(jì)主創(chuàng)
要求：建筑學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，五年以上工作經(jīng)歷，有較強(qiáng)的方案能力，熟悉方案擴(kuò)初及施工圖流程，最好具有在境外事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，保底年薪三十萬元人民幣。

一、項(xiàng)目建筑師 （若干）
要求：建筑學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，五年以上建筑設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備良好的建筑設(shè)計(jì)及協(xié)調(diào)能力，具有主持大、中型建筑方案的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。(高薪)
二、建筑師（若干）
要求：建筑學(xué)本科畢業(yè)，有較強(qiáng)方案創(chuàng)作能力。有經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
三、景觀師（若干）
要求：建筑學(xué)本科畢業(yè)，有較強(qiáng)方案創(chuàng)作能力。有經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
四、平面設(shè)計(jì)師（若干）
要求：
1. 熟悉PHOTOSHOP、PAGEMAKE軟件；
2. 本行業(yè)一年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3. 相關(guān)專業(yè)大專以上學(xué)歷。
4. 一經(jīng)錄用，工作穩(wěn)定，待遇從優(yōu)。

1、Chief Architect
1. Bachelors Degree or above with background in architecture.
2. Proficient with architecture design software, such as TArch, AuotCAD, etc. Familiar with national and municipal architecture laws and regulations.
3. Familiar with program approval procedure.
4. Over five years working experience in architecture design and have experience in construction design.
5. Have strong communication skills and learn quickly.
6. Certified Architect will be considered first.
7. The person who is able to communicate with our foreign designers will be considered first.
2、landscape designer
1.Candidate should have Bachelor Degree or above in landscape design field and with move
than 3 years working experience.
2. Excellent capabilities of scheme design,drawing technique and project composing ability, should be familiar with the process of landscape project from scheme and preliminary design to construction.
3. Proficient levels in modeling software such as photoshop,3D,CAD and SkechUp.
4. Good comprehension in project schemes.
5. Team work spirit and is easy communicating .
3、Projrct Architect
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above with background in architecture.
2. Proficient with architecture design software, such as TArch, AuotCAD, etc. Familiar with national and municipal architecture laws and regulations.
3. Familiar with program approval procedure.
4. Over five years’ working experience in architecture design and have experience in construction design.
5. Have strong communication skills and learn quickly.
6. Certified Architect will be considered first.
7. The person who is able to communicate with our foreign designers will be considered first.
4、Architect
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above with background in architecture related majors.
2. Three years’ experience in architecture design ( have certain experience in junior design and skilled Construction Drawing Design, be able to assist or independently work on project planning and management) .
3. Proficient in architecture software , TArch, AutoCAD, etc. familiar with national and municipal architecture laws and regulations.
4. Certified Architect will be considered first.
5、Strong communication skills and a quick learner.
6、Be able to communicate with our foreign designers.
5、Assistant Architect
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above with background in architecture related majors.
2. One years’ experience in architecture design ( have certain experience in junior design and skilled Construction Drawing Design, be able to assist or independently work on project planning and management) .
3. Proficient in architecture software , TArch, AutoCAD, etc. familiar with national and municipal architecture laws and regulations.
