About NDA
Established in France in 1987, NDA has been operating in China since 2001 and from its Shanghai office since 2005. Since NDA entered the Chinese market, the company has successfully completed more than a hundred projects in architecture and design in about thirty different cities in Asia, including the Middle East. NDA is also the leader in marina and waterfront development in Asia and as such, the company has considerably contributed to the development of the marina industry in China. NDA’s success story lies in its global network of reliable local partners and in its determination to give a human dimension to each project, while ensuring that each of them is done in accordance with the company’s quality systems.
Senior Architect - Code: [SA]
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a firm that is growing and has an exceptional portfolio of projects. We have recently won a few large sized international competitions and we need a new talent to join our creative team and help us complete exciting projects.
For example, as a senior architect, you will be working closely with urban and landscape planners on Anhui’s new broadcasting and TV center, a media and office tower that covers more than 320,000 square meters and that is dedicated to become Anhui’s new cultural landmark. You will also be given the opportunity to work on key marina development projects in Asia.

· Manage project schedules and related budgets
· Coordinate activity and communications both internally (between project team and other departments) and externally (with local design institute) for projects’ follow-up

Experience / Skills required
· Experienced in coordinating projects and in managing project schedules
· Ability to work with common design-related software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Indesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of Rhino, 3DS max, or BIM software is a plus
· Solid knowledge of Chinese building rules and regulations
· Solid experience in SD, DD and CD documents

Senior planner / urban planner - Code: [SPUP]
This role is an excellent opportunity to work on some large cutting-edge planning projects within a highly creative team. For example, as a senior urban planner, you will be given the opportunity to work on one of the largest development sites ever managed by a foreign design team in China, Dalian’s New Airport Zone. You will also work on some of the largest Asia’s largest marina complexes.
