Founded in Munich in 1958, the OBERMEYER Corporate Group now ranks as one of Germany’s lar-gest independent architecture and engineering consultancies. After 20 years of successful design and planning experience in China, OBERMEYER incorporated OBERMEYER Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. in 2005.

Position: Architect (Junior Middle Senior) ------- Beijing
Position Description:
Obermeyer is seeking Architects ready to work in an international and challenging atmosphere.
Junior / Middle Senior Architects have outstanding skills in architecture design, are highly motivated and are used to work in project teams. They closely work with their team leaders and understand the company’s goals and design philosophy. Preparing presentations and supporting the communication with our clients is an essential part of their task.
Junior / Middle Senior Architects will have the chance to continue their career in Obermeyer and gather profound experience to take over more responsibilities in the future.
Basic Requirements:
- outstanding skills in architecture design
- two years or more working experience
- strong sense for team work
- Graduated from a renowned university with Bachelor Degree or above
- English or German fluency, Chinese is an advantage
- Proficient with CAD, sketchup and grap
Position: Senior Architect------- Beijing
Position Description:
Obermeyer is seeking Senior Architects ready to work in an international and challenging atmosphere. Senior Architects have strong skills in design and architecture, they have experienced different inter-national companies before and have worked on important projects through most of the planning sta-ges.
Senior Architects will lead the project team with their design ideas and know-how of the projects scope of work. With their team spirit they motivate and train their project team and review the design quality to create outstanding results.
Although working with an emphasize on design and architecture, Obermeyer’s Senior Architects have a skills in team organization and are aware of efficiency and budgets.
Basic Requirements:
- outstanding skills in architecture design
- eight years or more working experience
- strong presentation and communication skills
- Graduated from a renowned university with Bachelor Degree or above
- Fluency in verbal/written English, German and Chinese is an advantage
- Licensed Architect or Grade 1 (China) or similar
- Proficient with CAD and graphic programs
Position: Urban Planner------- Beijing
Position Description:
Obermeyer is seeking Urban Planners ready to work in an international and challenging atmosphere.
Urban Planners have profound experience in large scale urban planning or regional planning projects in China or other countries. They have strong skills in conceptual design and planning theory and they are aware of the technical and economical requirements for the planning task.
Urban Planners can lead or work in a project team, are highly motivated and can communicate with clients and technical consultants.
Basic Requirements:
- outstanding skills in regional planning, urban planning and urban design
- five years or more working experience
- profound knowledge of Urban Planning Standards abroad or in China
- strong sense for team work
- Graduated from a renowned university with Bachelor Degree or above
- English or Chinese fluent with at least basic skills in English, German is an advantage
- Proficient with CAD graphic programs
