ARCHITECT
SHANGHAI
Seeking talented, innovative Architects at intermediate level for our China projects. Candidates must possess strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. All candidates must possess excellent conceptual skills and the ability to render and draft, and knowledge of the design process and construction documents. Experience with sustainable design a plus. Architectural registration/license and LEED AP preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2005 , ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is required.

PROJECT MANAGER
SHANGHAI
Candidates will coordinate, organize and lead project teams for multiple, large-scale projects. Responsibilities include involvement from schematic design through construction on projects, reviewing shop drawings and related submittals, coordinating consultants in all phases, and directing the production of construction documents, drawings and specifications.
Ideal candidates will have a professional degree in architecture and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience. Additionally, candidates should have an understanding of life safety codes, ADA compliance and the permitting process. AutoCAD required. Revit experience a plus. License and LEED AP strongly preferred.
