Senior Architect：
Qualifications and Key Skills:
- Major in architecture or related area, bachelor degree or above
- English as one of the working languages of proficient level both in writing and speaking
- At least 5 year architectural design project experience and project delivery experience
- With big and comprehensive architectural project experience, especially concept development and construction drawing design experience (with National Grade 1 registered architect will be a priority)
- Expertise / fully proficient in China architecture project process as well as related technical regulation and standards.
- With experience of work in foreign architecture firm or cooperate with foreign architectural designer will be priority
- Advantage of CAD、Photoshop, sketchup, Indesign skills deliverable
- Honest, responsible, creative, active, team working sprit.
資深建筑設(shè)計(jì)師
1. 建筑學(xué)專業(yè),本科或以上學(xué)歷。
2. 能夠以流利的英文作為工作語言
3. 5年以上建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn).
4. 有大型綜合項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，特別是項(xiàng)目方案擴(kuò)初和施工圖設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn) (注冊(cè)一級(jí)建筑師優(yōu)先)
5. 透徹熟悉國家和地方相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范條款要求，并能將其融合到每個(gè)不同的項(xiàng)目中去。
6. 有外企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或與外籍設(shè)計(jì)師合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者更佳。
7. 良好的人際溝通能力,優(yōu)秀的設(shè)計(jì)及表現(xiàn)能力,較強(qiáng)的口頭及書面語言表達(dá)能力。
8. 能熟練使用AutoCAD, Photoshop, sketchup, Indesign等專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)軟件。

Middle level Architect:

- More than 2 years architectural design project experience and project delivery experience
- With enough experience of architectural project, especially concept development and construction drawing design experience (with National Grade 1 registered architect will be a priority)
- Familiar with China architecture project process as well as related technical regulation and standards.
- With experience of work in foreign architecture firm or cooperate with foreign architectural designer will be priority
- Advantage of CAD、Photoshop, sketchup, Indesign skills deliverable

中級(jí)建筑師
基本技能要求：
· 本科或以上學(xué)歷,建筑學(xué)專業(yè)
· 能夠以流利的英文作為工作語言
· 熟練使用CAD、Photoshop, sketchup等專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)軟件
· 2年以上建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn).
· 熟悉建筑設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)知識(shí),建筑、規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)程序和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范
· 熟悉中國建筑設(shè)計(jì)工作操作流程。

Junior Level Architect

- At least 1 years architectural design project experience
- With the knowledge of Chinese architecture national and local guideline, standard, regulation etc.
- Understand the whole process of architecture design project process.
- With experience of work in foreign architecture firm or cooperate with foreign architectural designer will be priority

助理建筑設(shè)計(jì)師
1．建筑學(xué)專業(yè), 本科或以上學(xué)歷.
2. 能夠以流利的英文作為工作語言
3．1 年以上相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn), 較強(qiáng)的方案設(shè)計(jì)能力, 有境外公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮.
3. 掌握建筑設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)知識(shí),了解建筑、規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)程序和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范.
5. 熟練AutoCAD,Photoshop,Sketch U, Indesign等專業(yè)軟件.
