Interior Project Manager 室內項目經理 - (Shanghai & Beijing)
The Interior Project Manager will be responsible for:
Implementing one or more workplace projects through the management of project teams. ? Negotiating fees and contracts for projects, managing, scheduling, budgeting and staffing, project set-up with sub-consultants, vendors and contractors. Reviewing project for conformance to contract. Tracking financial performance of project. Knowledge of building codes and structures.?
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:?
10+ years of successful project experience. Hold a degree in interior design. Extensive knowledge of interior principles/practices. Good leadership capability and can work as a team. Professional license or certification may or be required. Good communication skills in both Mandarin & English.

5-10 years professional experience including proven track record of leading the design of commercial interiors projects. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design. Intermediate Designer 設計師 - (Shanghai) The?Intermediate Designer?will work in the architecture studio on large, high end and custom design projects.?
The Intermediate Designer will be responsible for:
Interaction with clients, meetings and presentations. Working with Senior Designer /Design Director on conceptual designs, space planning, presentations, design development, and production. Monitoring junior designers when necessary. Coordination with technical team. Participation in business development effort.

5-10 years of professional experience including proven track record of working on the design of large-scale projects such as, corporate headquarters, campus planning or mixed-use projects. BArch/MArch or foreign equivalent,?Architectural licensed is a plus Understand trends?in large, shell / core architectural design Have the ability to mentor team members,?offer guidance to junior designers. Proficiency in the use of 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Sketchup,? PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator?, and PowerPoint?. Understanding of REVIT is a plus. Manages, organizes and coordinates project teams and team assignments to complete architectural projects, responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents are in concert with design intent, responsible for project schedules and budgets. Resolves complex technical/design issues and provides guidance to team. Coordinates activity and communication between project team and other disciplines. Primary project types should include: commercial, mixed-use / retail and higher education. Full knowledge of architectural principles / practices.?

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
At least 12-15 years professional experience. A licensed Architect registered either by Chinese or overseas government will be an advantage. Knowledge of Chinese building codes, standards and structures Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, and the ability to work well with a team Computer skills should include AutoCad, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp.?3DMax and Revit is a plus. Senior Designer 資深設計師 - (Shanghai & Beijing)
The Senior Designer will work in the architecture studio on large, high end and custom design projects, providing design leadership by giving clients an excellent service both on design and delivery, continually provide design solutions, improving design quality, represent Gensler architecture design to clients and the design community, mentoring designers in their careers and working profitably for the firm.
The Senior Designer will be responsible for:

Retail/Hospitality Designer 設計師 - (Shanghai)
The candidate will be responsible for the development of design drawings using AutoCAD as well as development of 3D models using SketchUp and Form Z.
The Designer will be responsible for:
Working with design team to develop Concept, Schematic Design drawings as well as Design Development documentations. Producing hand and computer renderings for study of design ideas and for final presentation of design solutions. Producing CAD drawings for development of design solutions from Concept to Design Development phase.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
1-3 years related experience in an architectural firm with Retail and Commercial Interior project experience. Hands-on knowledge and skill set of producing design drawings and CAD documentations from Concept to Design Development phase. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop, SketchUp, Form Z and 3DStudio are required. Knowledge of Revit is a plus. Good team spirit. Strong sense of personal responsibility and dedication to their work and the work of their team Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Construction Administrator - (Macau)
The Construction Assistant will work with the team in support of commercial construction and renovation projects.
The Construction Administrator will be responsible for:
Be familiar with industry related contracts, scheduling and be familiar with materials, methods and processes of construction. Possess a working knowledge of construction terminology. Demonstrate organizational capabilities and be adept at maintaining complete and thorough project documentation including RFIs, Submittals, Contracts, Change Orders, Project Correspondence, Schedules for Payment, Drawings and all other related contract documentation. Have practical experience with confirming: inspections, certificates, punch list items, final lien releases, retainage releases and that final payments have been received and completed.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with experience. 8-10 years related work experience in a similar role Minimum 3-5 years working knowledge of construction contracts management and administration processes. Relevant experience in Hospitality or Retails projects is highly preferred. Strong computer skills and cost accounting software, construction schedule software and the Microsoft suite required. Familiarity with Microsoft Project and PowerPoint also preferred. Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills. Detail and deadline oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Work permission in Macau is a plus

Studio Coordinator 行政助理 - (Shanghai)
This position requires proactive, common sense and flexibility, and provides administrative support for a studio of approximately 20 designers.
The Studio coordinator will be responsible for:
Assist Studio Director with administrative aspects of projects. This includes proposals, contracts, meeting notes, & project filing; Handle travel arrangements, lodging arrangements and airport transportation for visiting employees; Assist with the collection of timesheets for approval, consultant and billing invoices; Manage records and file administration including off-site filing/storage/archives; Issue, track and manage office key distribution and other security measures;? Provide administrative and secretarial support to the local team, colleagues from other offices around the world, guests / VIPs; Assist team members in preparing documents for client meetings and trips, including preparation of materials, proposals, etc; Other General tasks including photocopying, booking meeting rooms, stationery ordering, typing, filing, mail, new hires administration and office/desk setup; Miscellaneous admin work as requested.
