Senior Architect：
Qualifications and Key Skills:
- Major in architecture or related area, bachelor degree or above
- English as one of the working languages of proficient level both in writing and speaking
- At least 5 year architectural design project experience and project delivery experience
- With big and comprehensive architectural project experience, especially concept development and construction drawing design experience (with National Grade 1 registered architect will be a priority)
- Expertise / fully proficient in China architecture project process as well as related technical regulation and standards.
- With experience of work in foreign architecture firm or cooperate with foreign architectural designer will be priority
- Advantage of CAD、Photoshop, sketchup, Indesign skills deliverable
- Honest, responsible, creative, active, team working sprit.
資深建筑設(shè)計師
1. 建筑學(xué)專業(yè),本科或以上學(xué)歷。
2. 能夠以流利的英文作為工作語言
3. 5年以上建筑設(shè)計行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗.
4. 有大型綜合項目設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，特別是項目方案擴初和施工圖設(shè)計經(jīng)驗 (注冊一級建筑師優(yōu)先)
5. 透徹熟悉國家和地方相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范條款要求，并能將其融合到每個不同的項目中去。
6. 有外企工作經(jīng)驗或與外籍設(shè)計師合作經(jīng)驗者更佳。
7. 良好的人際溝通能力,優(yōu)秀的設(shè)計及表現(xiàn)能力,較強的口頭及書面語言表達(dá)能力。
8. 能熟練使用AutoCAD, Photoshop, sketchup, Indesign等專業(yè)設(shè)計軟件。
9. 誠實、謙遜、有責(zé)任心，工作中具有創(chuàng)造力、主動性和團隊合作精神。
Middle level Architect:
Qualifications and Key Skills:
- Major in architecture or related area, bachelor degree or above
- English as one of the working languages of proficient level both in writing and speaking
- More than 2 years architectural design project experience and project delivery experience
- With enough experience of architectural project, especially concept development and construction drawing design experience (with National Grade 1 registered architect will be a priority)
- Familiar with China architecture project process as well as related technical regulation and standards.
- With experience of work in foreign architecture firm or cooperate with foreign architectural designer will be priority
- Advantage of CAD、Photoshop, sketchup, Indesign skills deliverable
- Honest, responsible, creative, active, team working sprit.
中級建筑師
基本技能要求：
· 本科或以上學(xué)歷,建筑學(xué)專業(yè)
· 能夠以流利的英文作為工作語言
· 熟練使用CAD、Photoshop, sketchup等專業(yè)設(shè)計軟件
· 2年以上建筑設(shè)計行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗.
· 熟悉建筑設(shè)計相關(guān)知識,建筑、規(guī)劃設(shè)計程序和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范
· 熟悉中國建筑設(shè)計工作操作流程。
· 有外企工作經(jīng)驗或與外籍設(shè)計師合作經(jīng)驗者更佳
· 誠實，有責(zé)任心，能吃苦，具有團隊合作精神
Junior Level Architect
- Major in architecture or related area, bachelor degree or above.
- English as one of the working languages of proficient level both in writing and speaking
- At least 1 years architectural design project experience
- With the knowledge of Chinese architecture national and local guideline, standard, regulation etc.
- Understand the whole process of architecture design project process.
- With experience of work in foreign architecture firm or cooperate with foreign architectural designer will be priority
- CAD、Photoshop, sketchup, Indesign skills deliverable
- Attention to detail, responsible and hardworking
助理建筑設(shè)計師
1．建筑學(xué)專業(yè), 本科或以上學(xué)歷.
2. 能夠以流利的英文作為工作語言
3．1 年以上相關(guān)經(jīng)驗, 較強的方案設(shè)計能力, 有境外公司工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮.
3. 掌握建筑設(shè)計相關(guān)知識,了解建筑、規(guī)劃設(shè)計程序和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范.
5. 熟練AutoCAD,Photoshop,Sketch U, Indesign等專業(yè)軟件.
6. 有良好的團隊合作精神, 主動積極與同事及上下級溝通并建立良好的合作關(guān)系。
7. 能吃苦耐勞,具有很強的事業(yè)心.
