Guangzhou Foreview Architect Institute is a design firm providing urban planning, architecture, landscape design, and interior design services. Founded in Apr., 2003, the firm is presently qualified as a “National Class One Design Firm”.
Our firm is now comprised of nearly 110 staff, including eight National Grade A registered architects. Having worked on architectural design for several years, our staff has worked out many outstanding designs, some of which received great awards. 建筑主任設計師 / Architectural Design Director（2名/ 2 candidates）
職位描述
1、建筑學本科以上學歷，有國內(nèi)（或國際）知名事務所工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先；
2、擁有至少5年以上在大型甲級或同等資質(zhì)設計機構工作經(jīng)驗，主持過大型項目的方案設計；
3、具有優(yōu)秀的方案創(chuàng)作能力和建筑構思創(chuàng)意，對建筑藝術有執(zhí)著的追求，具有國際化建筑設計新風格，思維敏銳、活躍，較強的創(chuàng)新能力；
4、具有獨到的專業(yè)見解，審美能力和極強手繪能力；
5、具有很強的技術指導、研究、溝通能力及一定的協(xié)調(diào)、管理能力；
> Bachelor degree or above in architectural design field；Have experience in Architect Design with proficiency in the famous design offices would be considered first.
> 5 years+ working experience in first-class architect office；including in charge of the large scale projects；
> With strong design capability, innovative spirit and idea, extensive knowledge of architecture and related disciplines, and excellent communication and aesthetic skill, good at understanding the requirements of the client and leading a design team to complete the whole project efficiently；
> Excellent free-hand drawing ability；
> Good communication skill 、project management and good personality.
室內(nèi)主任設計師 / Interior Design Director（2名/ 2 candidates）
職位描述
1、室內(nèi)設計等相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷，有國內(nèi)（或國際）知名事務所工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先；
2、擁有至少5年以上在大型甲級或同等資質(zhì)設計機構工作經(jīng)驗，主持過大型商業(yè)項目的室內(nèi)裝飾專業(yè)設計；
3、具有優(yōu)秀的方案創(chuàng)作能力和構思創(chuàng)意，對建筑藝術有執(zhí)著的追求，具有國際化室內(nèi)設計新風格，思維敏銳、活躍和較強的創(chuàng)新能力；
4、有高檔酒店、會所、樣板房設計及執(zhí)行經(jīng)驗，對設計有相當表達能力，有較強溝通能力，能掌控室內(nèi)設計整體流程，獨立完成室內(nèi)設計方案及深化設計，并指能導設計人員完成施工圖設計；
5、具有很強的技術指導、協(xié)調(diào)、管理能力。

> 5 years+ working experience in first-class design office；have experience in taking charge of interior design of large commercial projects would be an advantage；

建筑師 Architect （若干/several candidates）
1、建筑學專業(yè)本科或以上學歷。
2、對建筑設計有熱情、有追求，思維敏銳、活躍，有良好的設計領悟力。
3、有較強的方案設計能力或較強的施工圖經(jīng)驗，基本功扎實，能熟練運用 AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP或其他施工圖繪制軟件。
4、工作具有主動性，善于學習，謙虛、誠實，具有團隊合作精神。
5、有大型甲級設計院或境外建筑事務所工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

> Good work ethic, and design perception
> Good concept design ability or experience in working drawing, good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop , SketchUp, 3DMax, and MS-Office；

注冊公用設備工程師（暖通專業(yè)）（2名）
職位描述
1、暖通等相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷，中級以上專業(yè)技術職稱，具備注冊公用設備工程師（暖通專業(yè)）資格；
2、五年以上空調(diào)專業(yè)設計工作經(jīng)驗和本專業(yè)技術管理崗位經(jīng)驗，甲級設計院五年以上工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先；
3、精通國家有關建筑設計行業(yè)的政策規(guī)范、法規(guī)及強制條文，對專業(yè)知識有較強的鉆研精神；
4、具有豐富的設計經(jīng)驗、后期服務經(jīng)驗及項目專業(yè)管理與指導經(jīng)驗；有獨立工作能力,能獨立完成各類建筑的暖通施工圖設計
5、良好的協(xié)調(diào)能力，細心嚴謹，責任心強，團隊協(xié)作意識強。
