Lemanarc SA, which can date back to Delta7 Architectural Design Office founded by Mr.Fredy Pfister in 1970 in Lausanne, Switzerland, merged Leman Consulting into Leman Architectes in 2000.And in 2008, it officially changed its name as Lemanarc SA. With stations in Zurich, Lausanne and Shanghai, it is the registered office of Swiss Federal Institute of Architects and Engineers.
Lemanarc SA has created many outstanding works in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Canada, Yugoslavia, China and Africa, etc. Its design works focus on conciseness and pureness, context inheritance, rational economy as well as durance and utility. 1. Project Manager項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理- Shanghai
Responsibility 工作職責(zé)：作為業(yè)主及相關(guān)配合單位的主要聯(lián)絡(luò)人，并負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)項(xiàng)目管理工作。
Qualifications 要求:
1 .major in Architecture or Civil Engineering , Master degree or above，F(xiàn)irst Grade Registered Architect will be priority
建筑學(xué)專業(yè)或土木工程專業(yè)畢業(yè),碩士以上學(xué)歷，一級(jí)注冊(cè)建筑師優(yōu)先
2. work experience 相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.1 More than 10 years working experience in foreign design company or the first class design institute. The one with oversea experience will be priority.
十年以上外企或國(guó)內(nèi)甲級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)院工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具海外工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
2.2 managing experience on large projects, such as public buildings, residence houses
具大中型公建以及住宅設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.Has an excellent demand of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office .a master of Microsoft Project will be a plus熟練掌握Auto CAD, PhotoShop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator, Microsoft Office.精通Microsoft Project優(yōu)先
4. Excellent ability of team management
優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力
5. With High sense of responsibility and active work attitude ，strong attention to detail

2. Junior Project manager初級(jí)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理- Shanghai
Qualification 要求：
1. major in Architecture, Bachelor Degree or above，Master preferred
建筑學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè),本科學(xué)歷以上，碩士學(xué)歷優(yōu)先
2. should own one of the following mentioned experience具以下工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)之一
2.1 more than 4 years experience in foreign design company.
外企4年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.2 more 5 years experience in the first class design institute
國(guó)內(nèi)甲級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)院5年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.3 more than 6 years experience in the B design institute
國(guó)內(nèi)乙級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)院6年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.4 managing experience on large projects, such as public buildings, residence houses

3. English (CET6) and fluently Spoken English. Knowing French or German will be a plus.

4. Has an excellent demand of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office. Knowing Microsoft Project will be a plus

5.Have good team-work spirit ，good communication skill and good services consciousness.

3.Architecture Designer 建筑設(shè)計(jì)師- Shanghai
Qualifications要求:
1. Major in Architecture, Bachelor Degree or above.
建筑學(xué)專業(yè)，本科學(xué)歷以上
2. Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably having overseas study or working experience in an international design firm.
兩年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具海外留學(xué)背景或外國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
3. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English. French or German will be a plus.
中英文書面及口語(yǔ)流利，懂法語(yǔ)或德語(yǔ)更佳
4. Excellent command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office. Microsoft Project will be a plus.

2. Love architecture, Strong sense of personal responsibility.
