INTERIOR 室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)部
INTERIOR PROJECT MANAGER 項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理
Candidates should posses the following –
* Minimum 8 years’ professional experience in related field.
* Experience in commercial retail, hospitality and corporate interiors.
* Excellent organization & communication skills
* Experience working in an international firm required
* Good client, account management and on-site coordination skills required
* Spoken and Written Mandarin & English fluency required
* LEED AP a plus
* Knowledge in CAD, MS office and project
INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT DESIGNERS室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師
Candidates should posses the following –
* Minimum 7 years’ working experience in corporate and/or hospitality interior design.
* Design Institute or above,
* Able to handle conceptual design, material specifications, construction detailing, and site coordination .
* Creative and good presentation skills, CAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up & 3D presentation a plus.
* Mandarin & English fluency required.
INTERIOR FF&E DESIGNER 室內(nèi)配飾設(shè)計(jì)師
* Produces FF&E presentation boards for projects in hospitality and other market sectors
* Produces complete specifications book
* Establishes and maintains strong relationships with suppliers
* Applies knowledge of how materials and finishes work besides appreciating the aesthetic elements
* Responsible for inspecting the fabrication of all FF&E items where required
Qualifications
* Bachelor in Interior Design or equivalent
* Minimum 6 years experience working with projects from commencement to completion
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and AutoCAD
* Attention to details and with a strong sense of different styles
* Ability to write and speak in English and Chinese essential
* Good presentation skills
ARCHITECTURE建筑設(shè)計(jì)部
ARCHITECT 建筑師
Candidates should posses the following –
* Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years
* Fluency in verbal and written English is required. Knowledge in Mandarin would be an advantage.
* Current Architectural Registration or completion of PRC Grade 1 Registration Exams
* 5-10 years experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute / Architect or Foreign Architect on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Design, Documentation and Project Management
* A high level of proficiency in the following software - candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills
o AUTOCAD and/or REVIT
o ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
o MICROSOFT OFFICE (incl Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Skills in 3D Studio Max or other 3D software would be an advantage
* Outstanding 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills are essential
* LEED AP, experience in Sustainable Design and a good understanding of the principles of Green Building would be an advantage
PLANNING規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)部
PROJECT MANAGER/URBAN DESIGN 項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理 / 規(guī)劃部
Candidates should posses the following –
* Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years/certification is highly desirable.
* Minimum 7-10 years experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute/Architect or Foreign Architect on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Project Management
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint , Microsoft project, with working knowledge of AUTOCAD – candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills
* Exceptional communication skills-with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities
* Extensive experience in contract negotiations
* Ability to plan and control projects under budget and on schedule
* A thorough understanding of Chinese building regulations and practices
* Extensive experience working with Chinese clients on Chinese projects
* A goods understanding of Sustainable Design and would be an advantage
* Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English
SENIOR URBAN DESIGNER 高級(jí)規(guī)劃師
Candidates should posses the following –
* Senior Urban Design professional with working experience in a team environment
* 8-10 years experience, including leading design teams on projects in Asia
* Experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute/Architect, Foreign Architect or Urban Design firm on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Design, Documentation and Project Management, especially in landscape and/or urban design
* Masters degree or above in Architecture, Landscape Architecture and/or Urban Design
* A Bachelor’s degree, Associate Degree or above in Architecture, Urban Design, or Planning
* Successful completing of Registration or Licensing Exams or the foreign equivalent
* Interest and Passion towards Urban Design/Planning projects in Asia is essential
* Able to lead a team with good communication skills
* Outgoing, well organized and self motivated
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Powerpoint, Word, Excel and 3D Max, with knowledge of Sketchup and GIS, – Candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills
* Skills in 3D Studio Max or other 3D software would be an advantage
* Outstanding 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills are essential
* A thorough and well developed understanding of national and local planning regulations in various cities a plus
* Must be able to direct design on large scale urban design and master planning projects ranging from mixed-use urban centres to large scale regional planning.
* Ability to conduct client relations, coordinate consultants and lead the work is essential
* Experience in sustainable design and a good understanding of the principles of Green Planning and Building Design would be an advantage
* Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) will be advantage
URBAN DESIGNER 規(guī)劃師
Candidates should posses the following –
* A Bachelor’s degree, Associate Degree or above in Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture or Planning
* Urban Design or Planning working experience of 2- 5yrs is required
* Interest and Passion towards Urban Design/Planning throughout Asia
* Capable of handling urban design and planning exercises
* Able to work in a team with good communication skills
* Outgoing, well organized and self-motivated
* Willing to travel
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Powerpoint, Word, Excel and 3D Max, with knowledge of Sketchup and GIS, – Candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills
* Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) will be advantage
