the project coordination department
logon has set up the Project Coordination department (PC) to guide, monitor and control all projects from the project initiation stage to planning and development stage, production and closing stages.
The primary challenge of the project coordination is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while honoring the preconceived project constraints. Typical constraints are scope, time, and budget. The secondary challenge is to optimize the allocation and integration of inputs necessary to meet pre-defined objectives.
Within the design department, the PC team coordinates between the different project and design teams (architecture, urban design, landscape design, interior design, engineering and 3D visualization).
Within the office, the PC team ensures the smooth and efficient exchange and management of information between design department, technical department, marketing department, and HR and office management departments.

In cooperation with the Creative Director, the Project Coordinator defines the structure of new projects by setting up schedules, teams, tasks and responsibilities. He/She defines goals and objectives in line with the company’s vision and values, and communicates the project structures to the teams and other departments in the office.
The Project Coordinator guides, controls and monitors all ongoing projects, by making processes and decisions transparent and available to all team members and departments. Risks and challenges must be identified, and solutions provided in time.
The Project Coordinator cooperates closely with the Creative Director and Managing Director. He has an assistant for daily tasks and bi-lingual communication.

Senior Architect (SA) 資深建筑師
responsibilities
The senior architect manages, organizes and coordinates project teams and team assignments to complete architectural projects, is responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents are in line with design intent, and is responsible for project schedules and budgets. He/she resolves complex technical/design issues and provides guidance to the team. The senior architect coordinates activity and communication between project team and other disciplines and is proficient at translating clients’ functional and spatial requirements for structures into feasible design solutions, preliminary sketches, working drawings, architectural details for concept design presentations and presentation packages. He/she reports to the Creative Director.
