• 四至五年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有海外經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
• 具有區(qū)域及城市尺度戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn)
• 責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和良好的管理能力
• 熟悉規(guī)劃各類報(bào)審程序及規(guī)范
• 熟練使用相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)軟件
• 語言：英語或法語溝通能力
• 工資面談
Position 1: Urban planner / Project Manager (1)
• Full time position in Beijing
• Major in Architecture, minimum 4-5 years working experience in international firms
• Experienced in strategic planning of districts and cities scale
• Team work spirit, responsible, leadership skills
• Familiar with laws and regulations of the government about planning
• High level of proficiency in Autocad and Photoshop, etc.
• English or French speaking is mandatory
• Negotiable wages
職位 2：助理建筑師一名
• 工作性質(zhì)及地點(diǎn)：全職/北京
• 責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)作力
• 建筑學(xué)專業(yè)，有海外經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
• 熟練使用相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)軟件，熟悉本專業(yè)各項(xiàng)規(guī)范
• 語言：英語或法語均可
• 工資面談
Position 2: Architect Assistant (1)
• Full time position in Beijing
• Team work spirit, responsible, good creative skills
• Major in Architecture, international experience is a priority
• High level of proficiency in Autocad and Photoshop, etc.
• English or French speaking is mandatory
• Negotiable wages
職位 3：建筑實(shí)習(xí)生一至兩名
• 工作性質(zhì)及地點(diǎn)：全職/北京
• 責(zé)任心強(qiáng), 具有團(tuán)體合作精神和優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)作力
