Senior Landscape Architect
This is a key position for the future growth of our landscape architecture team in our Beijing studio.
A commitment to quality design and sustainable solutions and the wish to create exceptional places is required in these roles. Strong design skills and experience in a variety of site planning and landscape design projects and a thorough understanding of delivery systems is necessary.
With at least ten years experience, you will have excellent communication skills, thrive in team situations and be prepared to lead projects and build strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for client liaison, writing bids, preparing project work plans, the management of project teams and reporting on programs. The position will also involve coaching, mentoring and skills development advice to junior team members. In addition, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suites and AutoCAD is required.
English and Mandarin language skills are necessary.

Business Development Manager
This is a key position in our shanghai studio
Skills / Knowledge / Experience Required:
- Identify new business opportunities and analyses appropriate, strategic business solutions.
- Establish and maintain relationship with key clients.
- Strong communication / coordination skills and presentation abilities
- Outstanding organization skills and project follow-up skills
- Draft proposals and participate negotiations on relative contracts
- Compliance with established operation processes, supervise and track submission list
- Good market intelligence, sense market with coherent research and analysis
- Strong team player and harmonise operating with project management approach.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 5-10 years of business development experience (in design company is preferred) , over 1 or 2 years management experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong negotiation skills with China business knowledge

Urban Planner
This is a key position for the urban team in our shanghai studio
The successful candidate will be part of a team who will build upon the successful track record of the company in master planning new cities and towns throughout China. At least five years experience in a variety of master planning and urban design projects such as mixed-use, transit oriented, campus and residential projects is necessary. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, thrive in a multi-disciplinary team and be prepared to build strong relationships with clients.

Senior Architect
This is a key position for our architecture team in Chong Qing Studio
Job Responsibilities:
-Interface between clients and architecture team

Job Requirement:
- University degree with minimum of 8-10 years experience as a senior architect in Architecture Company
- Sound experience in taking initiative to understand and influence the clients in a professional service environment.
- Proven traceable record in servicing HK or overseas clients.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, coordinate and deliver quality architectural design across a variety of building types.
- Prior on-site experience is a must.
