要求：
1. 學(xué)歷 / 經(jīng)驗(yàn)：
- 高級(jí)項(xiàng)目建筑師應(yīng)聘者需有建筑本科或以上學(xué)歷，7年或以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能負(fù)責(zé)方案深化、送審圖、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)等階段工作。
- 建筑師 / 助理建筑師應(yīng)聘者需有建筑本科或以上學(xué)歷，擁有良好方案設(shè)計(jì)能力。海外留學(xué)回國者或2-3年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
2. 語言能力 / 國籍：
應(yīng)聘者掌握中、英雙語者優(yōu)先考慮，但國籍不限。
3. 軟件使用：
對(duì)應(yīng)各職位要求，熟練使用AutoCAD，3D Max/Rhino，Photoshop，Office等軟件。
4. 其他：

Requirements:
1. Qualifications / Experiences：
- Applicants for the post of Project Architects should be holders of bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, and with minimum 7 years of relevant experiences. The applicants shall be capable of scheme development, submission and detailing.
- Applicants for the post of Architect/ Assistant Architects should be holders of bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture. Priority consideration shall be given to those with 2- 3 years working experiences or graduates from overseas universities.
2. Language Capability / Nationality：
Fluent in Mandarin, and those capable in both Chinese and English languages shall be
given priority consideration. Applicants of any nationality are welcome.
3. Computer Skills：
Per the different posts, applicants should be proficient with respective software like
AutoCAD, 3DMax/Rhino, Photoshop, Office.
4. Other Requirements：
Devoted in architecture, diligent, and suits to team-spirit.
