1. Architecture General Engineer in SH/CD
• Over 50 years old, healthy, industrious, good working ethics and teamwork spirit;
• Holding senior title of technical post and first-grade register architect qualification;
• A working experience of at least 20 years in the large Class-A or equivalent design institutes;
• Familiar with national architectural design specifications, have taken charge of the design of large public construction and residential quarter and have rich project management experience;
• Having strong capability in technical guiding, research, communication as well as in coordination and management.
2. Manager of Architecture Dept in GZ/BJ//CD
• Under 40 years old, a bachelor degree for architectural design undergraduate or above, first-grade register architect qualification is preferred;
• An experience of over 8 years of planning design, at least five-year experience working in large Class-A or equivalent design institutes, an experience of presiding general scheme design of large residential construction project and public construction project;
• Having special professional opinions, estheticism and the strong capability in free hand drawing;
• Having strong capability in technical guiding, research, communication as well as in coordination and management;
• Having clinging pursuit for the architectural art, active and innovative;
3. Project Manager in SH/BJ/CD
• A bachelor degree for architectural design undergraduate or above with over 8 years’ experience in developing design;
• Having strong capability in project management and construction drawing design;
• Industrious, good working ethics and teamwork spirit;
• Familiar with national architectural design specifications and operation of Architecture software, being good at project design, organization and management.
• If the qualification of the applicants is not good enough to reach the requirement above, he/she can be considered to be an Architect in SH/BJ/GZ.
4. Senior Scheme Architect in GZ/BJ/CD
• Under 35 years old, a bachelor degree for architectural design undergraduate or above, first-grade register architect qualification is preferred;
• Having strong capability in technical guiding, research, communication as well as in coordination and management;
• Having at least 5 years experience in the overall process of design (planning, scheme, initialed sign, working drawing);
• Being good at project design, organization and management; being able to accurately understand and master the project and owner’s requirements; being good at communication;
• Bright, active and innovative.
5. Architect in GZ/BJ/CD/SH
• A bachelor degree for architectural design undergraduate or above 5 years’ experience in architectural design;
• Having strong scheme design capability or working drawing design capability;
• Careful, earnest, strong responsibility, strong teamwork spirit, strong interest in architectural design;
• Familiar with architectural specifications, have strong capability in project’s control, management, organization and coordination.
• If the qualification of the applicants is not good enough to reach the requirement above, he/she can be considered to be an Assistant Architect SH/BJ/GZ.
6. Senior Structural Engineer in GZ/SH/CD
• Under 38 years old, healthy, industrious, having good working ethics, teamwork spirit and nice coordination and management capability;
• Bachelor degree or above, industry and civil building or civil engineering major;
• A structural design working experience of over 5 years, having the ability of both in construction drawing design and scheme design of middle or large projects as well as multi-level and high level residential buildings;
• Solid professional basic knowledge, familiarity with all the specifications and the latest technical development trend involving this profession, strong development and exploration spirit in professional knowledge;
• First-grade register construction engineer qualification is preferred.
7. Structural Engineer in GZ/SH/CD
• Bachelor degree or above, industry and civil building or civil engineering major; qualification of first-grade structural engineer;
• A structural design working experience of over 5 years, having the ability of both in construction drawing design and scheme design of middle or large projects as well as multi-level and high level residential buildings, familiar with the PKPM structural software;
• Solid professional basic knowledge, familiarity with all the specifications and the latest technical development trend involving this profession, strong development and exploration spirit in professional knowledge;
• Construction engineer qualification of the nation is preferred.
8. Junior Structural Engineer in GZ/SH/CD
• Bachelor degree or above, industry and civil building or civil engineering major; qualification of first-grade structural engineer;

• Working experience in Class-A design institute, more than 8 years experience in the design of this profession;
• Solid professional basic knowledge, familiarity with all specification and regulations of this profession, master the latest technical development trend;
• Capability of independently undertake the design of large or middle water supply and drainage project, rich experience in building’s water supply and drainage, strong development and exploration spirit in professional knowledge;
• Strong project management capability, being able to organize and coordinate the construction drawing design of this profession as well as coordinate the cooperation with other professions, strong capability in analyzing and solving problems.
10. Electric Engineer (GZ/BJ/CD)
• Bachelor degree or above, industrial automation or electric automation and such related majors;
• Over five years working experience in design institute, reference will be give to those who have more than three years experience in Class-A design institute;
• Skillfully master CAD and other software related to the design of architectural devices, skillfully use all kinds of common office software;
• Solid professional basic knowledge, familiar with all the specifications and the latest technical development trend involving this profession, having strong development and exploration spirit in professional knowledge;
• Capability of independently undertake the design of large or middle electric project, rich experience in building’s electric system, strong development and exploration spirit in professional knowledge;
