2002年HWCD在上海開展中國業(yè)務，經(jīng)過近5年來的實踐，HWCD擁有設計行業(yè)公認的人才和業(yè)務運作系統(tǒng)，開展建筑設計、室內(nèi)設計等領域的方案、初步設計和施工圖設計。公司秉承歐美職業(yè)事務所的組織和運作模式，由一個項目經(jīng)理和若干設計師，設計助理組成工作單元，獨立完成一至二個項目。

Company & Projects Introduction
Henry & Wilson Consultant & Design Ltd(Abbreviated as HWCD) is founded by Mr. Henry Bogardus and Mr. Wilson Morris in England. It is a professional architect office with 20 years’ experiences in urban planning, commercial building designing and residential development, and can provide full-scale services.
The leadership of HWCD constitutes 15 partners and many directors. The company possess of 200 staffs, which not only provide the services of urban planning and design, but also help the client in commercial development and strategy operation modifications to reach their dreams.
After 20 year’s practice, HWCD possess acknowledged talents and business operation system. And, its businesses cover the main components of all the comprehensive development projects during the 20 years.
HWCD has designed many high quality residential shopping center, culture facilities, entertainment facilities, monopoly shops, headquarter office building, high-tech park and landmark buildings.
HWCD targeted its market in the booming East China, founded its Shanghai representative office in 1998 and set up offices in Nanjing and Hangzhou respectively till 2000. Now, HWCD has possessed around 60 architects in China, and finished a series of surprising projects there.
◆ 資深室內(nèi)設計師
1、正規(guī)院校本科以上學歷，3年以上全職相關工作經(jīng)驗，具有獨到的專業(yè)見解，手繪功底強。
2、有能力獨立完成從概念方案到施工圖的全部過程，指導現(xiàn)場施工，負責設計項目管理，具有團隊合作精神。
3、具有一定英語讀寫能力和項目溝通能力。
4、工作責任心強。
◆ 室內(nèi)設計師助理
1、正規(guī)院校相關專業(yè)畢業(yè)，1年以上全職相關工作經(jīng)驗，能熟練應用多種設計軟件CAD、PHOTOSHOP或SKETCH UP等；
2、有能力深化主創(chuàng)設計師提供的概念方案，對各種風格理解到位，專業(yè)基本功扎實，對各種細部處理、節(jié)點、收口作法熟悉。
3、工作責任心強，有施工圖繪制經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
◆ 軟裝設計師
1、正規(guī)院校專科以上，2年以上相關經(jīng)驗，能熟練應用多種設計軟件CAD、PHOTOSHOP或SKETCH UP等；
2、主要負責酒店、會所、售樓處、樣板房等軟裝飾品訂購及布置。
3、溝通能力強，工作責任心強。
