Leading International Company Woods Bagot is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, Architects, and 3D Modellers.

對目前的房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)市場有比較深入的了解，同時(shí)需要具備較強(qiáng)的業(yè)務(wù)開拓能力，在協(xié)調(diào)客戶關(guān)系以及合同談判方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，對北京以及中國大陸地區(qū)建筑項(xiàng)目的規(guī)模及運(yùn)作流程比較熟悉。
流利的中文和英語溝通能力，熟悉建筑以及設(shè)計(jì)方面的專業(yè)術(shù)語，成熟且穩(wěn)重。
建筑相關(guān)的教育背景不是必須的，但應(yīng)聘者需對設(shè)計(jì)或建筑行業(yè)非常熟悉。有海外留學(xué)/工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人士將優(yōu)先考慮。

Business Development Manager
The ideal candidate for this position will have not only a current development market understanding, but have a proven track record in establishing new contacts, managing a Chinese client network, and negotiating fees and scope for architectural projects within Beijing and greater China.
The role will require good English and Mandarin, understanding of architectural and design terminology, maturity and professional dress sense.
Architecture background is not a necessity, but candidate should be familiar with the design, building or construction industry. International experience and education will be seen as an advantage.
As a senior position the successful candidate will report directly to the Studio Managing Principal, and a competitive salary will be paid along with project success bonus. Opportunity to progress to an executive level management position within the company will be considered.

熟練運(yùn)用Lightscape、After Effects、Flash、Dream Weaver或其它圖形軟件者將優(yōu)先考慮。英語口語達(dá)到一定水平可以和外方設(shè)計(jì)師交流。
3d Modeller
Woods Bagot is looking for an in-house 3d Max Modeller with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Responsibilities will include working with architects to visualise concept ideas, and to create presentation material including animations. Basic skills would be 3d Max, and Photoshop.
Ability to use Lightscape, After Effects, Flash, Dream Weaver, or other visualisation software packages will be an advantage. Candidate must be able to speak English to a basic level to communicate with foreign professionals.

Graphic Designer
Woods Bagot is looking for an in-house Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 years experience. Responsibilities will include preparing reports and presentation material, advising architectural staff on graphics, and helping with the design of architectural graphic solutions.
The ideal candidate will need to understand and work with the company branding standards, use the company templates as the basis for reports and presentation material, and liaising with company branding, and media agencies.
Skills should include photoshop and flash. The successful candidate will be able to speak English to a competent level in order to communicate with foreign professionals.

Receptionist
This is a very important first impression position and integral to our marketing plan and as such the role will require style, maturity, strong attention to detail, professional dress sense, friendly, happy and good mannered personality. Fluent in business English and Mandarin is a must to interface with our foreign clients and global operation.
This role will include greeting clients when they come to our office, answering telephones, coordinating travel plans and business functions, taking meeting minutes, as well as general administration duties.
Interpretation and simple translation will be a secondary role to support non-mandarin speaking professionals and this may mean attending meeting, along with regional travel.
4-5 years prior experience working within an international company will be seen as an advantage.
