WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED ARCHITECTS, PROJECT MANAGERS
AND ARCHITECTUREAL ASSISTANTS FOR OUR BEIJING OFFICE
ARCHITECTS
Candidates should posses the following:
· Bachelors Degree in Architecture
· Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English
· Successful completion of Grade 1 Registration Exams or the foreign equivalent
· 7-10 years experience minimum with a Local Design Institute or Foreign Architect
· A high level of proficiency in the AUTOCAD and Photoshop
· 3D software skills
· Good free-hand drawing skills
· Understanding of local building regulations and practices
· Experience in Sustainable Design
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Candidates should posses the following:
· Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Engineering
· Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English
· 5-7 years experience minimum with a Local Design Institute or Foreign Architect
· Understanding of AUTOCAD
· Understanding of local building regulations and practices
· Extensive experience with contract administration
ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANTS
Candidates should posses the following:
· Bachelors Degree in Architecture
· Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English
· 3-5 years experience with a highly Local Design Institute or Foreign Architect
· A high level of proficiency in the AUTOCAD and Photoshop
· 3D software skills
· Good free-hand drawing skills
· Understanding of local building regulations and practices
· Experience in Sustainable Design
