Perkins Eastman is currently the largest architectural planning and design firm in New York City, with recently expanded operations in China. Perkins Eastman Architects PC, is now interviewing for the positions of Junior Architect and Senior Architect for their Shanghai Office.
Junior Architect 初級建筑師
學歷: 建筑學學士或碩士學位
Education: Bachelors or Masters in Architecture
工作經(jīng)驗: 1至3年
Experience: 1-3 years
建筑設計師: 熟練操作Autocadd和其他三維軟件，具備畫圖及建筑文本制作能力。具備中文和英語雙語語言能力者優(yōu)先。
Architect: Experience with Autocadd and 3D software for graphic presentation and documentation of building projects required. Mandarin/English skills preferred.
Senior Architect
學歷: 建筑學學士，至少5年工作經(jīng)驗；碩士學位優(yōu)先。
Education: Bachelor Degree, Minimum 5 years working experience; Masters in Architecture Preferred.
工作經(jīng)驗: 5至10年
Experience: 5-10 years
職位要求：有大型商業(yè)/綜合項目和學術性建筑項目的設計經(jīng)驗。
具有團隊領導能力，具備畫圖和技術協(xié)調能力，與美國設計團隊能用口頭語及書面語言的進行聯(lián)系溝通。具備中文和英語雙語語言能力。精通本地設計規(guī)范和建筑慣用做法并且有國際公司工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
Senior Architect: Experience in large-scale, commercial/mix-use and institutional design. Requirements include team leadership, graphic presentation and technical coordination, liaison with U.S. design team, verbal and written skills. Knowledge of local codes and construction practices preferred. Mandarin/English skills required. Prior experience with international company preferred.
